Here is the first preview Evelyn Lozada's new reality show on OWN called "Livin Lozada"  It was reported back in March that she will be getting her reality show on OWN. This show will focus o her new life with  Carl Crawford and their son Leo. We will also see her now 21-year old daughter Shaniece.

Evelyn has moved on from the heartache of her highly publicized divorce in a big way. She is engaged to big league baseball player Carl Crawford and the happy couple have a one-year-old son, Leo. Between learning to be a mom all over again, setting up a new home in Los Angeles for her and her family, working on getting the sequel to her first book published, as well as dealing with issues surrounding her family back East…Evelyn has a lot going on!"

Tamia On Turning Down 'Basketball Wives'

Single Tamia was on The Breakfast Club recently and she revealed that she was offered to do Basketball Wives. She is married to NBA player Grant Hill and revealed that she still gets approached to the show. I'm assuming its Basketball Wives: LA

 

She reveals to the hosts that it's not something she is into doing.

“It’s their reality. I think everyone has things that could do well on television that’s kind of salacious enough. Have you ever been approached to do the show?” She responds, “Yea absolutely. It’s just not something that we’re into.”

She also talked bout her new album called "Love Life'

Jennifer Williams, Tiffany Pollard, Natalie Nunn might be in a brand new reality show together! BGCTEA reports on Instagram  it's for new reality show on TV ONE called The Next 15 

"The Next 15" (This new reality series unites a group of male and female former reality stars that crave another 15 minutes of fame. Through the series, the personalities confront the issues that continue to present personal challenges and block their chances for success to capture another 15 minutes of fame)"

Other reality stars also include Marlo Hamptom from Real Housewives Of Atlanta.


  Jasmine Brand.com caught up with the show's producer, Carlo King, and he says that 'there will be a few surprises where everyone is going to gag'. Filming has not started yet.

"Oh, I’m definitely excited about The Next 15 because it’s about time these former reality stars have another platform to reintroduce themselves. And the fact that TV One is setting the bar with this is genius so I am happy they selected me to produce the show. I can’t reveal the casts just yet but there’s a few surprises where everyone is going to gag! That’s all I can say."

It looks like former 'Basketball Wives' star Royce Reed is also being investigated for child abuse. TMZ reports that she admitted to 'hitting her son with Dwight Howard with the belt for cursing at school. In incident happened back in February when the Department Of Children and Families got a call from her son's school that he was hit in the back and leg with the belt. Royce Reed was accused using 'excessive force'

Royce Says Child Abuse Case Is NOT OVER

Former 'Basketball Wives' star took to Instagram this morning in response to TMZ saying that Dwight Howard is NOT CLEARED of a child abuse in case in which she accuses him of whipping their 6-year old son Braylon which led him all bruised up. She went to children services claiming the abuse allegation. TMZ reports that he was 'all cleared'.  He also filed documents ths past week claiming that Royce is an'unfit mother' who gives their son ' psychtotropic drugs' 

In response she says that the investigation is 'still open' and that he 'refuses' to speak to the police

Tami Roman is finally speaking out about her new relationship exclusively to Jasmine Brand. She reveals that her new man Reggie is 17 years younger than she is!

She says:

"Although, we deal with the huge age difference in our relationship, seventeen years, I think I’m at a point now where I have to expose that part of myself. I’m constantly trying to figure out ways that Tami can use her ways in whatever. For me, the age difference was an issue, and then it wasn’t an issue. I know a lot of women out there who are going through that thing–older women, younger men. Now I am just trying to expose that part. If there are any parts from us exposing our relationship and deal with each other that can help them or make them feel more comfortable [I'm all for it.]"

They both met at a restaurant in Houston. Reggie has no idea who tami Roman was and never saw an episode of 'Basketball Wives'.. Tami also reveals that she is afraid of being a labeled a 'cougar'

Jasmine Brand has captured new images of 'Basketball Wives' star , Tami Roman, with a new man in LA. According to the site, this is her new boo and his name is Reggie. 

There is no further information of what he does but there has been RUMORS that her and Reggie will appear on the 3rd season of WeTV's 'Marriage Bootcamp along with Kendra Wilkinson and Aubrey O Day. According to  RumorFix.com, WeTV has wrapped up shooting season 3, even though they are NOT married.  Season 2, which features Natalie Nunn and Heidi Montag,  has not even aired yet


There has been ANOTHER rumor by SipTheTea that 'Basketball Wives: Miami' will be back for season 6 in February and it will have new faces.

Canada's W Network will be airing their own 'sports wives' type reality show called 'Hockey Wives' According to Yahoo Sports the show is currently in production and will air early 2015. It will feature eight female cast members. so far two have already been confirmed w are Nicole Brown and Noureen Dewulf.

Producer Julie Brostow says she is fully aware that the show will be compared to VH1's Basketball Wives. So far there is no word yet if the show will air in the U.S but I won't be surprised of VH1 gets the rights to episodes and airs it

'Basketball Wives' star, Evelyn Lozada, has responded to the video footage of NFL player Ray Rice punching his wife inside an hotel elevator. The first video was leaked back in March which showed his dragging his knocked-out wife out the elevator. 

Evelyn, who has experience domestic violence back 2012 when Chad Ochocino head- buttered her, speaks on on twitter about the incident.

In this inteview he basically says Evelyn was not a ride or die chick like she was supposed to. They had a 10 year relationship until the recession and he lost all of his money, that's when she left.

Tami Roman Hints 'Basketball Wives: Miami' Has Quietly Been CANCELLED

Cancelled?

VH1 has not made an official announcement about the future of Basketball Wives: Miami. Season 5 ended almost a year ago without a reunion.

But it seems like the show has quietly been cancelled. Tami kinda let the cat out the bag with this tweet. She tweets "I've heard the dead rises.. you never know" basically hinting that the show was cancelled but maybe resurrected in the future.

Matt Barnes' Aunt Gets Murdered and Asks Followers To Find Killer

Gloria Govan's husband Matt Barnes, who both, appeared on both Basketball Wives series, is facing a nightmare. He reveals that his aunt was murdered by her estranged husband Michael Williams and he is turning to social media to find find him.

He writes

"This dude stabbed my auntie in the neck last week & left her for dead on the sidewalk, she ended up dying on the way to the hospital in the ambulance," Barnes alleged. "If you hv any info on his where abouts contact the #SacPD #SacramentoWeNeedYourHelp #RIPTang."

E Online  reports a neighbor dialed 911 saying a woman was lying on the ground and yelling. His aunt later died in the hospital.

'Basketball Wives' Star Meeka Claxton Files For Divorce

It seems whoever appears on 'Basketball Wives' ends up in divorce. We had Jennifer Williams, Eleyn Lozada, and most recently Malaysia Pargo. Now Meeka Claxton joins that list.

Meeka, who only appeared on the 3rd of Basketball Wives: Miami has revealed in a new article for Think Pyunk.com that she is getting a divorce from her husband who is Craig 'Speedy' Claxton after 8 years of marriage.


“‘Our next chapter will be our best chapter…’ This was my promise to my daughters as I looked them in their big brown eyes and explained as best I could that mommy and daddy could not be together anymore,” she wrote. “After 16 years together, 8 years of marriage, living in 7 different cities, 2 beautiful daughters and a championship, unfortunately, Speedy and I have decided to separate.”

“For the last 10 months I have fought hard for my family because I didn’t get married to get divorced. I love Craig (aka Speedy) and our family more than anything,” Meeka wrote. “Giving up doesn’t always mean you’re weak. Sometimes it means you are strong enough and smart enough to let go and move on.”

If you happened to catch the series premiere of Halle Barry's new CBS show 'Extant', you have might seen Tami Roman. She plays the best friend of Halle Berry's character on the show.

She speaks to Yahoo about joining a TV show that is not reality TV

"I think Halle understands the world that I come from. She was familiar with me being an actress for the past 15 years and then making a return to reality TV and a lot of people not understanding," Roman tells Yahoo TV. "'She may have started on reality, but she's been working successfully as an actress for 15 years, andBasketball Wives is not indicative of her body of work.' She knew the scrutiny that I came under for Basketball Wives, and I think she just wanted to help me get back into scripted programming and be classed as acting rather than [in] the reality aspect of things."
