Pink & Carey Hart plan to renew their marriage

Reunited couple Pink and Carey Hart plan to renew their marriage vows following an untimely separation two years ago.

A source tells In Touch Weekly: “They want to have a ceremony at their house in Malibu on the beach at sunset,. It will take place in early summer and will be very simple and small, with just their family and a few close friends.”

Carey close pal confirms plans for a second wedding. “They are very happy and spending a lot of time together,” the insider says.

“They broke up because of their busy careers, but they never stopped loving each other. They’ve always had a bond, but they needed time apart to realize that they wanted to continue their marriage

Bow wow retires from music

Bow Wow is quitting the music industry.

The 22-year-old rapper recently released his sixth studio album 'New Jack City II' and now insists there is nothing left for him to achieve with his music career.

In an interview with RealTalkNY.net, Bow Wow explains: "This is my last album because for me, there's no more that needs to be done on the music side, I've done everything."

"The scary thing is I'm 22 years old and I'm young. I'm still a baby, so it's kinda like on the music side, I've been doing it since five."

"That's 17 years of non-stop music, music, music. There's nothing more to accomplish that I haven't seen yet."

"I feel like now it's time to endure a new challenge, close the chapter on the Bow Wow legacy. As far as albums, I'm good. Seven albums at 22, that's crazy."

The rap star has talked of retiring for the past few years, but has continued to release music.

Now Bow intends to focus on his acting career instead. His new feature is starring alongside Forest Whitaker and Taraji P. Henson in 'Hurricane Season'.

NEW MUSIC: No Doubt- Stand & Deliver

No Doubt- Stand & Deliver

No doubt is set to release their long awaited new album later this year, here is brand new song from them titled "Stand & Deliver"

Pink to release "Bad Influence" + album re-release

4TH SINGLE INFO

The 4th Australian single is "Bad Influence"!!!!!

It was confirmed by Sony BMG Australia and has officially been serviced to radio on April 8, with physical single release in the 2nd week of May, to coincide with her Australian tour.

After three days of radio play, it's already in the top 70 of the Australian iTunes.

There are rumors that it won't be released in the US and worldwide and that "Funhouse" will probably be the next worldwide single, since it won the poll for the next single on P!nk’s site.

I think that "Bad Influence" is a good single choice and should be released worldwide and then "Funhouse".

ALBUM RE-RELEASE INFO

P!nk confirmed the album’s re-release – Funhouse: Gold Edition – somewhere in mid 2009, featuring the bonus track „This Is How It Goes Down“ and three new songs, which could include the leftover tracks:
- „Is That the Best You've Got“ - written by Pink and Eg White
- „Leave Me Today“ - written by Pink and Mike Elizondo
- „So Clever“ - written by Pink and Eg White
- „So I“ - written by Pink and Eg White
- „To Love Me Now“ - written by Pink and Mike Elizondo
- „What Ya Want From Me?“ – written by Pink, Max Martin and Shellback (they together wrote „So What“ and „It’s All Your Fault“)

Eminem to perform at the 2009 Movie Awards

Get the censors ready. Rap-Up.com has exclusively learned that Eminem will take the stage live at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards.

The controversial rapper will return to the 18th annual event, airing live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., on Sunday, May 31. He is set to perform his celebrity-bashing song “We Made You” off his sixth studio album Relapse, which is being released May 19.

Since his last appearance at the pre-taped awards in 2005, the show has switched to a live format. It’s possible that a few of the celebrities Em takes shots at in his first single will be in attendance, making for an even more interesting spectacle.

“Saturday Night Live” funnyman Andy Samberg will host.

New York Goes to Work (Premeires May 4th)

It’s been a while since we last saw Tiffany “New York” Pollard in these parts, but that is about to change: on Monday, May 4 at 10/9c, the HBIC of VH1 will return to her home planet with the reality series New York Goes to Work. And unlike New York Goes to Hollywood, viewers get to have a hand in Tiff’s antics. Full details in the press release below:
Admit it. You’ve missed her. Well good news—she’s back! Star of the hit I Love New York series, Tiffany “New York” Pollard returns to VH1 and this time she’s ready to…work? That’s right, VH1’s resident reality queen will experience what everyone else in America does—work a real job. She tackled the Hollywood world in New York Goes to Hollywood, and now Tiffany is gearing up to tackle America’s working world in New York Goes to Work, premiering Monday, May 4 at 10PM.*
After her rollercoaster journey in New York Goes to Hollywood, Tiffany found out that the acting world is harsh and landing roles isn’t always so easy. So what is a girl to do? Every actress needs a day job, even the queen of reality. Believe it or not, Tiffany will be trying to find a J-O-B…with your help!
Each week America will choose from a list of three possible job opportunities and vote via their mobile phones by texting which job they would like to see Tiffany try. Will she be a Cal Trans sewer worker, a mortuary beautician, or a fast food employee? It will be up to you. And don’t think it will be easy for Tiffany. She’ll be worked, in all aspects of the job! Why again is she doing this? For the money of course. If she can impress her new employers, she’ll receive a $5,000 bonus each week. But, if she quits, fails, or gets fired, she’ll get absolutely nothing.
Each episode will be available online at VH1.com the day after each on-air premiere. Additional exclusive video content will be available throughout the season on VH1.com and on VH1 Mobile.

I seriously can't wait!

Lady Gaga makes history

Lady GaGa becomes the first artist in nearly ten years to reach the top of the Billboard Hot 100 with their first two chart entries, as "Poker Face" jumps 2-1. The New York native, born Stefani Germanotta, previously led the list for three weeks with "Just Dance" in January.

The last performer to launch with a pair of Hot 100 chart-toppers was Christina Aguilera, who reigned with "Genie in a Bottle" (1999) and "What a Girl Wants" (2000). Among women, Lady GaGa is only the fourth female artist in the last 25 years to open with a pair of No. 1s, joining Aguilera, Mariah Carey (1990) and Tiffany (1987).

"Poker Face" also moves to the head of Hot Digital Songs, where it shifts 206,000 downloads in its 14th week on the chart, and rises 6-5 on Hot 100 Airplay.
