Regis and Kelly Ripa one of only a few daytime talk shows that is not in rerun for the summer of 2010. Kelly began hosting the show with Regis in 2001 after Kathy Lee Gifford left the show. In The contract for the show ends in 2011, after which it will be decided if the show would continue or go off the air. With the ratings and the popularity of the show it is most likely to be renewed for another more many years to come. Kelly works for Electrolux Appliance in helping to raise funds for ovarian cancer research fund (OCRF).
Fantasias divorce scandal involving a married man she had been dating, talked about achieving one of her greatest accomplishments her GED in June. Teenage pregnancy had Fantasia dropped out of school, and then winning American Idol put her education on hold. Her reality show “Fantasia For Real ” on VH1 airs September 19, 2010. The release of her third album titled “Back to me” is climbing the charts, with such songs as Bittersweet and I’m doin good.
