TMZ has learned Jennifer Jowett -- the chick who declared on the show, "Ugly people annoy me" -- was pulled over for talking on her phone while driving ... and when the officer approached the vehicle, the cop detected alcohol on her breath.
Law enforcement sources tell us, 28-year-old Jowett performed "poorly" on a field sobriety test -- and was then given a Breathalyzer. We're told Jowett's blood alcohol content was .10 -- just over the legal limit of .08.
Cops placed Jowett under arrest and took her to a nearby station -- where she was booked and held overnight. We're told she was released around 8:00 AM after posting bail.

This doesn't surprise me a bit. This girl is drunk constantly on the show and has this warped belief that she is above everybody else and that the rules society lives by don't apply to her. She starts confrontations with others and can't understand why she gets her ass beatdown all the time. She calls everyone else stupid and retarded, yet mentally challenged people can figure out how to push a broom, or know not to try to yank a croquet mallet out of somebody else's hands. She is the most ignorant, small minded person I've ever seen. She needs to be given a lenghthy jail sentence, that will make her grow up and have to deal with reality. She deserves everything she gets, and I don't mean good fortune or happiness.
