It looks like Chad wont be spending 30 days in the slammmer. It was announced to today on TMZ that he was released from jail just one week after the infamous butt slap which pissed off the judge. I guess she now has a change of heart, she decided for him to be released but extended his probation until October 16th.

Chad Arrested

Chad was placed handcuffs today after he pissed off the judge by slapping his male lawyer's ass.  It all started today when the judge ask Chad of you he was happy with his lawyer and replied yes and then proceeded to slap his ass. The judge ordered him to spend at least 30 days in jail for his latest behavior. It is said that his attorny was close to sealing adeal to keep him out of jail for violating his probation but after that dumb move, the judge has decided differently.

K. Michelle Adresses Dating Rumors

K. Michelle was on Hot 97 to promote her new single "R.S.V.P" and also the to adress a new rumor that she is dating Chad Ochocinco. Hip Hop Morning published a photo of the two of them hanging out together.

She tells hot 97 that her are just Chad are friends and they have hung out togther but she has never slept with him. She also gives an update on what is going on with her upconing spin off show with VH1. She reveals she had  a big meeting last week about the show  and the show will start off within the epsiodes of Love and Hip Hop: NY season 4 and it will evolve from there.

Chad Johnson was officially arrested today in Florida. Last week, the judge issued a warrant for his arrest while he was in California for failing to report to his probation officier twice and showing no proof that he has been attending domestic voilence classes.

A warrent has been issued recently for Chad's arrest. TMZ reports today that he violated his probation stemming from his domestic voilence conviction involving Evelyn by failing to report to his probation officier

A hearing will be set to determine if he did violated his probabtion.
