Celebrity News: Tameka Raymond was denied temporary custody of her son Usher V after the pool accident last week. 

HLN's Ryan Smith asked her about how she felt about the outcome she will be back in court on the 27th where everything will be revisited. 

She also said that her son is doing fine and he is getting back to normal. As for Usher hugging her, she thinks it was a publicity stunt.

Tameka Has Filed Legal Documents

Celebrity News: If Tameka really is joining  the Atlanta version of 'Hollywood Exes' this might be a juice story line for her.  Just days after he and Usher's son caught his hand in the pool drain, she has filed legal documents blaming Usher for their son's near death experience.  In the documents obtained by TMZ, she wants power over her two childrem's education, healthcare, religion and activities. Just last year she lost her other son to a jet skiing accident. 

The hearing will be set on Friday. She claims that her son was left unsupervised when his hand was caught in the drain and now she wants temporary custody of their two children.  Last year, they both battaled a bitter divorce battle and Usher was rewarded primary custody of their two sons.
