Last week, Shaunie's ex- boyfrien and the father of her kids  Chris Bosh has filed a lawsuit against the upcoming season of "Basketball wives" which premeires May 30th. He says that the new season will exploit his trademark and personal likeness  Shaunie told TMZ that , “That girl isn’t even on the show…He must like wasting money on attorneys"

Basketball Wives 3 will still premiere on May 30th.

Scott Baio Returning To TV

Scott Baio is returning to TV, but this time not on VH1. He is set to star in a new Nick At Nite show called "Daddy's Home" He will play an actor who has to put his career on hold to be a stay-at-home dad to honor a promise to his wife so she can return to her pre-children life as a soap opera star.

Scott Baio is known for his shows "Happy Days" and "Charles In Charge" and his VH1 reality show "Scott Baio is 45 and Single."
