Youtube Star Stevie Ryan gets a VH1 Show
YouTube star Stevie Ryan will be getting her own VH1 show.
VH1 has picked up a new half-hour weekly pop-culture show headlined by YouTube star Stevie Ryan. Stevie TV, which has received a 10-episode order for a 2012 launch, will feature comedian Ryan’s satirical take on the pop-culture events of the previous week, including reality show happenings and celebrity and politician blunders.
Gilbert Arenas Failed to Cancell Laura Govan on Basketball Wives L.A
A judge ruled against the NBA star's request to block Laura Govan from appearing on the show and mentioning his name. The judge said Gilbert's claim that details of his family life should not be aired on the reality show — is undercut by the fact he has "tens of thousands of Twitter users who follow [him] as he tweets about a variety of mundane occurrences."
