Rapper and Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member Waka Flocka Flame has been sued for mocking a disabled man name Jahmol Binion back in April. In a new lawsuit filed by Jahmol he claims that he was emotionally distress and Wacka invaded his privacy, according to Mamcobdaily.com

I also reported today in my other blog DailyBigmouth.com that Shaq was also sued by Jahmol Binion. Shaq was the on who initially started the mocking and Waka follow suit. NBA player Trey Burk also joined in. The three men did came out an apologized, but Jahmol felt like their apologies were not sincere.

Sad news in world of American Idol. One the of the finalists of the has passed away yesterday at the age of 35. Michael Johns, who came in 8th place on the show back in season 7 in 2008 died from a blood clot in his ankle.Michael Johns was originally from Australia, according to TMZ
