Dealing with negative comments

Yes, she's talking about me. I know her from Youtube. She's a cool person. Her videos are very positive and uplifting. Recently I asked her to create video about negative comments because as you can see on my chat box there are some trolls LMAO! What she says about about this issue is so true, so I just wanted to post this to others out there who are dealing with the same issue.
