Fantasia Announces Back To Me Tour

Fantasia

Fantasia's third album, Back to Me, debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart last month, and in addition to landing the highest debut of her career, it also gave the singer her first #1 album on the Billboard R&B chart thanks to the first single, "Bittersweet." While her new single, "I'm Doin' Me," climbs on radio, Fantasia is also in the public eye thanks to the recently launched second season of her VH1 reality series, "Fantasia for Real."
"I'm so excited about this tour and having the chance to connect with my fans, the people that love me and have been supporting me through everything," Fantasia said in a statement announcing the tour. "This tour is going to be a real special, intimate experience for them and for me."
The single mom discussed the personal problems that led to her suicide attempt on VH1's "Behind the Music," telling the show, "I didn't have any fight in me ... I didn't care about anything. I just wanted out. At that moment, I wanted out. I wanted it to be over with — all of it, all of that sh--."
