Just a month after Teressa Giudice was released from prison, she is now back in front of the cameras filming the 7th season of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey. But there has been rumors of her being all drugged out' during filming.

All About Tea exclusively reports that she is allegedly abusing prescription drugs to cope with her husband going to jail.  An insider told the website that all of her scenes make no sense as she is all 'drugged out' and can't follow directions.

"Teresa is doped to the point of incoherence. She is so stoned that can't follow directions from productions.

The producers are apparently not happy with her behavior

It was reported yesterday that 'Real Housewives Of New Jersey' star Teresa Giudice has been released from prison just two days before Christmas. Teresa served an 11-month sentence for fraud, along with her husband Joe, who will begin serving his sentence in March of 2016.  She has an emotional reunion with her family in which PEOPLE have exclusive pictures of her homecoming. 

 However, many folks are questioning if the Giudice family is really broke because her husband bought her a new 90k black lexus SUV. 

  Her lawyer defended her expensive homecoming gift by saying   "She needs a car.. end of story"

Another Real Housewife husband is going to jail. Joe Giudice of Real Housewives Of New Jersey was just sentenced to three in prison for fraud charges. So, far Teresa's faith has not been decided by the judge. She could face up to 21- 27 months AFTER her husband gets out. They both decided to go to jail separately so one of them can stay home with their kids. 

Joe already made an apology for what he and his wife done. The fraud charged happened because they wanted to 'keep up' with their so called friends.

Teresa has been sentence to 15 months in jail. She will be heading to prison first on January 5th

The judge says

"Your four daughters need to understand discipline. If you don't have it you shouldn't spend it," she said. "If they won't like you because you're not driving a Benz or walking on Jimmy Choos or Manolo Blahniks then they're not your friends."
