Ustream: The Next Sensation?

Hello Everyone. Ustream had recently become a big sensation by celebrities, celebrealities, and your average person. Many of our favorite Vh1 stars have been using it such as Risky, Cocktail, Baker, Danger, and Stilts. Tonight, Cocktail broadcasted live to about 300 viewers. Cocktail, her manager, and Erika David were all there. Check it out. At 32:30, she mentioned Arian from Tough Love and at 27:54 she mentioned Frank Costa, one of the co-owners if this blog.

We all know Ryan Jenkins from Megan Wants a Millionaire is an “expected” murderer of model “Jasmine Fiore” but here are the latest updates:
Update #1: Jenkins Flees to Canada
Ryan may have fleed to Canada… by foot. Yesterday evening, a woman reported someone who “looks like Jenkins” near the border of Canada with a car and a boat. The next morning the car was found abandoned. There was a lookout for Jenkins on Sea, Land, Air, etc.  He wasn’t found causing people to believe he fleed to Canada by foot.
Update #2: The Email
TMZ found an email send to Fiore from Jenkins. Stating how much he loves her, etc. [He was charged for battery against Fiore in June] This email was sent 3 weeks before the murder.You can view the full email here

People beleive Jenkins may be heading towards the Hondoras. His dad built a resort on the Honduras and is called “the president”

We’ve just received the following statement from the production company behind “Megan Wants a Millionaire” — the now postponed VH-1 reality show Ryan Jenkins was a part of.

“51Minds was not aware of Ryan Jenkins’ record when it cast him on “Megan Wants a Millionaire.” Obviously, if the company had been given a full picture of his background, he would never have been allowed on the show.
The company did have in place what it thought was a thorough vetting process that involved complete background checks by an outside company for all contestants on its shows. Clearly, the process did not work properly in this case. ”
Jenkins was convicted for assaulting a girlfriend in 2005.

Ryan Jenkins: Motive for Murder?

The man who just spoke on behalf of Jasmine Fiore's family -- calling Ryan Jenkins "an animal" -- is the same man who may hold the key to what happened right before Jasmine was killed.

As TMZ first reported, Robert Hasman was a former boyfriend of Fiore -- who reconnected with her in the weeks before her death. As we first told you, last Friday -- when Jasmine and Jenkins were in San Diego -- she texted Hasman, saying she was going to travel to Las Vegas to see him. 

It appears Jenkins may have seen the text because Hasman received a text shortly after saying "suck it."

Our police sources say Jasmine's text may have led Jenkins down a murderous path.

Cop: Jasmine's Teeth and Fingers Were Removed

Officials from the Buena Park Police Department just held a news conference about the death of model Jasmine Fiore and their search for her husband and murder suspect, Ryan Jenkins.

Here's the blow-by-blow of what went down:

UPDATE: Buena Park's Chief of Police Tom Monson is at the podium. Monson promises a "vigorous pursuit of justice."

UPDATE: Monson says he believes Ryan has escaped to Canada on foot.

UPDATE: A US Marshal is at the podium now. He says his agency is cooperating with law enforcement in Canada to find Ryan. He says anyone who helps Ryan in any way would be charged with aiding and abetting a fugitive.

UPDATE: A close family friend named Robert Hasman -- who says he used to date Jasmine -- is speaking. He says Jenkins is an "animal" for what he did to Jasmine.

UPDATE: Lieutenant Holliday just said Jasmine's teeth and fingers had been removed. He said there's a $10 million bail out on Ryan.

UPDATE: Lt. Holliday just said Ryan may be armed with a handgun. It's over now.

Jenkins Murder Complaint

We just received the murder complaint against Ryan Jenkins.

"Count 1: On or about August 14, 2009, in violation of Section 187(a) of the Penal Code (MURDER), a FELONY, RYAN ALEXANDER JENKINS did unlawfully and with malice aforethought kill JASMINE FIORE,a human being."

The bail recommendation is $10 million.

There is a demand that Jenkins provide DNA samples and thumb and palm prints.

The wanted poster says Jenkins is "armed and dangerous."

Ryan Jenkins Now a Murder Suspect

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Buena Park Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant forRyan Jenkins and they now consider him a "suspect" in his wife's murder.

We've learned the PD got a "Ramey Warrant" -- an arrest warrant that allows police to bypass the D.A. and go directly to the judge. A Ramey Warrant is often sought when a suspect is fleeing from the jurisdiction.

In order to get a Ramey Warrant, police must prove there is probable cause to believe the suspect committed a felony. In this case we're told a judge decided there was probable cause to believe Jenkins was involved in the murder of his wife, Jasmine Fiore.

Jenkins Allegedly Struck Wife

We've just obtained a copy of the domestic violence criminal complaint filed against Ryan Jenkins for allegedly striking Jasmine Fiore.

The complaint charges Jenkins with the crime of "battery constituting domestic violence." According to the doc, On April 22, 2009, Jenkins allegedly struck Jasmine "in the arm with his fist."

The alleged incident occurred in Las Vegas. The complaint was filed on June 12, 2009.

As we first reported, Jenkins was also convicted of assaulting another girlfriend in 2005 in Calgary Canada.
