Mob Wives Chicago: Eating Locations Refusing To Let Producers Film

Mob Wives Chicago is filming, producers are trying to find locations to film. Some places are refusing to let them film in their resturuants:
RestaurateurTony Durpetti, owner of Gene & Georgetti’s steakhouse, recently received a call from the producers of the hit VH1 “Mob Wives” reality show asking if they could use his eatery as one of the locations to film a Chicago spin-off version of the series. According to a letter sent to owners/operators of Chicago-area Italian restaurants byLouis H. Rago, president of the Italian American Human Relations Foundation of Chicago, “Tony not only refused them, but informed them that should they come to the restaurant, he would personally escort them out.”

Basketball Wives L.A Renewed for Season 2

VH1 will be producing a new season of their successful show, and apparently all that reality-show drama wasn't enough to scare Jackie Christie away because we're also told the season's most talked about wife, will be returning.
Jackie will have a full plate in 2012 as she prepares to release her new book aimed couples, and how to focus on intimacy. We're also told she just shot a pilot for BET.
Denise Vasi Speaks on How she got on Single Ladies

Denise Vasi Talks to VH1 about how she got the new role on Single Ladies:
Vasi on her character, Raquel:Raquel is going to come back and stir the pot in a different way and bring some exciting new energy. We don’t wanna say too much.
On her audition process for the role:
When you see a network take so much time and they’re really specific, you know that they care about that show and it makes you wanna get the job even more because you know they appreciate who their audience is and what they’re looking for…I got the great opportunity to screentest with Lisa[Raye McCoy] which was really fun.
On how she got involved with the show:
Obviously the show was a huge success and I had the conversation with my manager. “Let’s keep an eye out if anything comes up even guest-star wise for the show.” A casting sheet went out and I went in and read the first time and I was lucky enough to come back again and read a second time. Then I read in New York and I read one more time in LA. We had a few work sessions and then I screen-tested.
On whether or not she’s a single lady in real life:Well I’m not a married lady [laughs]. Trust me I’ve done a lot of dating. I’ve got a lot of stories. I definitely have a lot to pull from.
On her resemblance to the show’s former star, Stacey Dash:We have similar features so that’s a great compliment, yeah.
