K. Michelle Says She Might Leave "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta'

In a two part interview with The Breakfast Club, K. Michelle speaks on new music, Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta and she shares her thoughts on Love and Hip Hop: NY. She says that her new album Rebellious Soul is almost. She already has tons of songs finish already. At the end of part 1 video, she briefly talks about Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta by saying six episodes are done and she cusses everyone out in the show already. She also thinks that Mimi's new man in the DL. She also shares her thoughts on Love and Hip Hop: NY  by saying the show is okay but is not her favorite. She supports it though because of Mona Scott. She reveals she likes Tahiry. 

Part 2 of the interview, K. Michelle says season 2 might be her last because  she wants to branch off and do her own thing which is to focus on the music. She even says that she wants to talk to Mona Scott to produce her own show.

In music news, Mariah Carey has released her new single single for the Disney movie Oz The Great and Powerful called "Almost Home" . it will be featurured on it's soundtrack. You can also buy the song on iTunes. I wonder if she will perform the song on American Idol?

I have to say that 2013 will be  a big year for the Love and Hip Hop franchise. The New York franchise is airing now, the season 2 of the Atlanta franchise will premiere in April and the next franchise, which will be Miami is now currently filming and will most likely air in the fall. 

Now it has been confirmed by Vh1insider and Mama Jones that season 2 of the show's spin off, Chrissy & M. Jones begins filming in March.

Mark your calendars! Mimi Faust has confirmed on Twitter that Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta will return in April according to her tweet. The cast has been filming the 2nd season of the show. I'm assuming that's when Love and Hip Hop: NY season 3 ends.

The show is set to premiere on march 24th and follows six women living in a medical inner circle. So I guess this show is like Real Housewives of Atlanta meets Basketball Wives.

Dr. Drew has released a statement regarding Mindy McCready's death who shot herself in front porch this past weekend. She became the 3rd cast member from her season to pass away and the 5th cast member combined from the series,

Dr. Drew offered an official statement to Buzzfeed

I am deeply saddened by this awful news. My heart goes out to Mindy’s family and children. She is a lovely woman who will be missed by many. Although I have not treated her for a few years, I had reached out to her recently upon hearing about the apparent suicide of her boyfriend and father of her younger children. She was devastated. Although she was fearful of stigma and ridicule she agreed with me that she needed to make herhealth and safety a priority. Unfortunately it seems that Mindy did not sustain her treatment.

Mental health issues can be life threatening and need to be treated with the same intensity and resources as any other dangerous potentially life threatening medical condition. Treatment is effective. If someone you know is suffering please be sure he or she gets help and maintains treatment.

News is just breaking from FOX News in Nashville that country singer Mindy McCready has commit suicide.  A family friend has confirmed the news.

Her boyfriend recently passed away as well from a apparent suicide. She is also the 5th Celebrity Rehab cast member to pass away in the last 3 years.
