Apollo Was Sentenced Today

Apollo Nida from Real Housewives Of Atlanta was sentenced today to eight years in prison for his massive money fraud scheme.  He begged the judge to give him a lighter sentenced than the 30 years he was supposed to get.

On July 17th, the courts will decide how much restitution he must pay back to his victims.

"Today's sentencing exemplifies impartial justiceregardless of economic class or perceived celebrity status," U.S. Secret Service Special Agent Reginald Moore said.  "Nida's sentence should be an eye-opener for other like-minded criminals who scheme to steal victims' identities, defraud them and ignore the consequences of their actions."
