Two days ago, marked one year when we all found out that 'Mob Wives' star Big Ang passed away after battlling. She passed at 3AM in the morning on Feburary 18th, 2016. The final Mob Wives reunion show was filmed just two weeks before she died and it was final appearance on televsion.

Now the cast of the show has post tributes on Instagram as well as her daughter Raqual updating fans on what life is like now without her  in a new VH1 interview

There is more drama beyond the grave for Big Ang died last February from cancer. NYDailyNews exclusively reports that her cousin , SallyAnn Lombardi, was arrested for owing taxes to her Big Ang's bar 'Drunken Monkey' which was closed in 2015 after it was discovered Big Ang had a felony .



The cousin of “Mob Wives” star Big Ang has been busted on tax fraud charges, accused of stiffing the state out of $100,000 in sales tax owed by the reality show personality’s Staten Island bar, the Drunken Monkey.

SallyAnn Lombardi, 57, Angela (Big Ang) Raiola’s cousin was arrested Tuesday on felony grand larceny and criminal tax fraud charges.

She’s accused of collecting sales tax at the Forest Ave. bar in West Brighton, but never sending that money to the state. She never filed any tax returns between 2009 and 2015, when the bar was open for business under her ownership, according to a criminal complaint.

 Vinnie Responds To Backlash

Vinnie Medugno,  who said to be Big Ang's publicist is to backlash from her fans that he allegedly using Big Ang' name to make money off her death. Last Friday, Big Ang's sister Janine posted on twitter that he blocked her from Big Ang's Instagram page an the two of them went back & forth on twitter. Janine claims that he is using her sister for 'fame' 

Vinnie made a long  blog post explaining the whole ordeal from how he knew her and the drama thats' been happening since she her death in February.

 "This passed Friday when that occurred, I was advised to remove Janine from the social media and block her from the accounts because it was not the first time she had posted something negative or offensive against the estate on social media. So in my opinion, she attacked the wrong person. Not that anyone should be attacked, but she should’ve gotten the facts straight. I was working at my school when all of this went down, and had no clue what was even going on, but had to follow orders from the executors of Angela’s estate. Her daughter Raquel does want specific items and words posted, and when she does, I have to post verbatim and with the photos she sends, all pre-approved of course. They too have the passwords and are always on it. No one excluded Janine but Janine."

Apparently there has been drama going on ever since Big Ang passed away back in February. Vinne Medugno, who Janine introduced to 4 years ago, has been running her Instgram  and twitter page ever since she passed and he has blocked her sister Janine

'Mob Wives' Creator Jennifer Graziano Says A Talk Show Was Planned For Big Ang

It's been now a month since Mob Wives star Angel 'Big Ang Raiola passed away from stage four lung and brain cancer and now Mob Wives creator and Renee;s sister Jennifer Graziano has revealed  in a new interview that Big Ang had more TV projects in the works before she got sick. She revealed that she wa sworking to produce a talk show for Big Ang, including a scripted TV show. But she also hinted that we will be seeing more of the other women soon.


 "I was working on a talk show with Ang, and we were looking for that to be her next spinoff. We were also working on a scripted show centered around Ang that isn't going to happen, unfortunately. But I got a few things in the works with some of the women. Nothing in stone yet but we're still developing."


She also touched the drama with Drita and dismisses rumors that the producers tried to keep Big Ang away from her while filming the reunion show 

 "I do want to dispel any rumors that we were trying to keep Drita from Ang. That wasn't true at all. It was not about keeping them away from each other, it was about keeping Ang away from the drama. Also we wanted Ang and Renee in the same segment because they had issues to resolve."

It's been two weeks since Mob Wives star Big Ang away from stage four lung and brain cancer. She was laid to rest last Monday. It has now been reported from Radaronline that VH1 will be airing a special tribute episode dedicaed to the late star after the series finale airs this Wednesday.

 “Then there will be a special part of the reunion with Ang, as well as a tribute episode to her that will air sometime after the reunion,” Graziano said.

Karen Gravano and Brittany Forgarty is fnally responding to reports from being banned from Big Ang's memorial over the weekend. Both were not invited due to both their father's history. Karen responded by saying ths situation was never about her father and was about respecting her friend.  

 "My situation isn’t about my father, it isn’t about anyone else. It’s about paying respects to my friend. I wanted to say my goodbyes to Ang and pay respect to her and her family and an army couldn’t stop me. I was just happy to be there. Let people believe what they want to believe. I was there and I walked out holding her casket.”

Brittany, who received a phone call  Renee's sister, says she was crying hysterically when she found out she was banned 

 "I think that it’s unfortunate that I couldn’t be at any of Ang’s services this weekend, and that I couldn’t say bye to her in that way. The last thing that I would want is to go there and cause a scene. This is about celebrating Ang’s life and the fact that her family has to say bye to such a beautiful person, and I want to respect that. I was called on Saturday, by a mutual friend, and told not to attend the services because of something my father did. I was in my car heading over and pulled over and started hysterically crying. I was already upset because I was headed to her services, but pulled over and cried hysterically when I found out I couldn’t go. I was really taken aback when I received the call; I was not expecting it at all. Ang never judged me for the actions of my father."

Today, Big Ang was finally laid to rest in Statan Island in a private funeral held in Basilica Of Regina Pacis as her co-stars and family members pay their last respects.  Big Ang's sister Janine Detore  spoke at her funeral revealing that that Big ang was 'ready to die" She also said that she was already a star long before TV.

 "A few days before her death, my sister said she was at peace with dying and she was ready,” Detore told the crowd. “I said, 'I'm not!' She said, 'Get over it!’” 

 “She was a star long before TV,” Detore continued. "Mob Wives didn't make her a star, she made the show a hit."

This weekend Big Ang's wake took place in Brooklyn where bunch of fans and her Mob Wives' co-stars showed to her public memorial.This past Thursday, Big Ang passed away from stage four lung and brain cancer. Apparently from what I'be heard there were some alleged cattiness going on between the cast members.

According to  All About The Tea Karen Gravano  an Brittany Forgaty was banned for attending her memorial due to both of their fathers' being 'rats'. The site reports that brittanyand  her mother was about to attend the memorial when they received a phone call from Drita telling them the were not welcome. 

Speaking of Drita, there is also alleged drama surrounding her. Hollwoodlife
exclusively reports that Big Ang's family wasn't happy with her behavior when she showed up with bodyguards




Carla and Renee ( who were both there)  also took jabs at her without saying her name on Instagram

Drita did not repsond back but Natalie Guerico, who was also, there took to to twitter to defend her.

It's officially and sadly been reported today that Mob Wives star Big Ang has lost her battle with stage four brain and lung cancer this morning at 3:01AM according to her twitter page

Death reports initially started last night when Mob Wives aired but at the time she was in her deathbed, still hanging on.  Big Ang's funeral is set for this weekend and will buried on Monday.
