Rumors are swirling around Stacey Dash has been fired from"Single Ladies" according to populatcritic.com.  


VH1 releases this statement:
" We were told “At this time no casting decisions have been made for the second season of Single Ladies.” So depending on whether your cocktail shaker is half empty or half full, take that however you will."


Lisa Raye who is her co-star tweeted this on twitter:
"Regarding the rumors swirling around "Single Ladies" all I know is that we'll be back with Season2 and I have no knowledge of anything else".

Kiki: What was it about Single Ladies that attracted you to be part of it?
Pilar: “Well, the fact that it was a scripted series definitely got my attention! Then of course the people that were a part of the project, like Queen Latifah and the entire cast drew me in.”

Do you regret doing Football Wives? Would you do reality TV again?
“I like to say I have no regrets. However, what I had to deal with when it came to doing the show was something I could have done without. ‘The Football Wife’ experience didn’t change my view of reality TV though—I wouldn’t allow a few unfortunate encounters to ruin anything, so I wouldn’t be against doing another reality show.”

TUD: Congratulations on the success of Single Ladies! Why do you think the show has resonated with the female audience?
LisaRaye: I think it’s because it’s something new and fresh. There’s nothing else like this on TV right now—it’s not a white show, it’s not a black show. It’s very universal, it’s showing all age groups, and different ethnicities. It’s very sexy and bold. We’re talking about current issues that everyone can relate to.

You and D.B. Woodside have some steamy on screen chemistry. What’s it like working with him?
It’s very easy. When it comes to our scenes, there’s just a flow to it. Also, D.B. is easy on the eyes, I have no complaints (laughs). Let’s just say I’m living vicariously through Keisha and that’s my final answer!
