The wedding may be over but the fun is just beginning for La La. With the sudden news that her husband is traded to the New York Knicks, La La deals with new adventures in matrimony and parenthood as she prepares to move back home to New York City. Along the way, viewers will also see La La juggle her busy acting and television hosting career and seek advice from some of her famous friends, including 50 Cent, Kelly Rowland, Trina, Serena Williams and her best friend Ciara. The 10-episode 30 minute series will premiere Monday, August 22 at 10PM*.

From Ashton Kutcher’s Geisha House to Robert DeNiro’s Ago, attaching a celebrity’s name to a restaurant is definitely a growing trend in Hollywood…. but is it always a recipe for success? This summer, VH1 is going to put the concept to the test by partnering with renowned restaurateurs, Mike Malin and Lonnie Moore, founding members of The Dolce Group. Together they will give seven celebrities the chance to turn one of their West Hollywood, CA properties into a flourishing and fully-operating restaurant. Joining the cast is Heidi Montag (“The Hills”), Academy Award-Winning artists, DJ Paul and Juicy “J” (from rap group Three 6 Mafia), Danielle Staub (“Real Housewives of New Jersey”), Jake Pavelka (“The Bachelor”), Ashley Dupre (Singer) and Vincent Pastore (“The Sopranos”).

 For eight weeks, this colorful crew of celebrities will roll up their sleeves and work together to launch their own restaurant, aptly named, “Famous Food.” Over the course of the series, Mike and Lonnie will provide the cast with a variety of tasks that need to be completed in order to get the restaurant off the ground. Every week it will be up to the team to work together and complete their list of tasks, while Mike and Lonnie review their progress. The season will conclude with the grand opening of one lucky restaurateur’s dream restaurant open for business and ready for the public’s review. This new one-hour, ten episode series is set to premiere Sunday, July 10 at 10PM*.




VH1 Unplugged Premieres




“VH1 Unplugged: Mumford and Sons” will premiere on VH1, Friday, June 24 at 11pm ET/PT and on Palladia, MTV Networks’ high-definition music channel on Saturday, June 25 at 9PM ET/PT. Unplugged: Mumford and Sons debuts online at Unplugged .VH1.com on Thursday, June 23.



VH1 Story Tellers Premieres



For the 15th anniversary season, featured bands and artists performing on “VH1 Storytellers” include Kings of Leon (Friday, May 13 at 11PM), Cee Lo Green (Friday, May 20 at 11PM), Death Cab for Cutie (Friday, May 27 at 11 PM), My Morning Jacket (Friday, June 3 at 11PM), Ray LaMontagne (Friday, June 10 at 11PM) and Maxwell (Friday, June 17 at 11PM). “VH1 Storytellers” is a VH1 original series in which a singer/songwriter performs and tells stories in front of an intimate audience about their life in the industry, writing lyrics, playing with other musicians and their career. These performers aren’t afraid to tell all as they expose the most intimate details of their creative process for the audience. Hailing back to the show’s early roots, the new season will aim to provide a truly personal showcase for some of the greatest songwriters of today.




"Single Ladies" Premiere May 30th, & Series June 6th






VH1’s presents the feature length film and scripted series “Single Ladies,” a romantic comedy series that asks the question: What do women really want in a relationship? “Single Ladies” is a modern and sexy series set in the world of Atlanta fashion and music surrounding three best friends, Val (Stacey Dash), Keisha (LisaRaye McCoy), and April (Charity Shea) who all have different philosophies on sex and relationships. The series introduces Christina (Kassandra Clementi) a free-spirited, wild child intern at Val’s boutique. The two-hour movie event “Single Ladies” premieres May 30 at 9PM ET/PT and the series kicks off a week later on June 6 at 9PM ET/PT on VH1.

Dwight Howard Sues Royce Reed

Howard claims Reed now owes him $551,606.74 -- which includes interest.  So Howard has filed papers with a California court, which could give Howard the right to go after Reed's assets in Cali -TMZ

Examiner.com Reports Flavs Closing his Resturuant, but dont forget he closed a deal to have a better one earlier this week.
"Flavor Flav whose real name is William Jonathan Drayton, Jr. told WQAD-TV that he was pulling the license because he didn't feel like his partner Cimino was running the business right."
