Reality News: Jackie Christie has officially confirmed  on Twitter today that she will return for the 3rd season of 'Basketball Wives LA. Early this year the the show was rumored to be canceled but Brooke Bailey set the record straight and said the show was greenlighted for a 3rd season.

Beyonce Nominated For Three Emmys

Music News: The 2013 Emmy nominations was announced today and Beyonce's halftime performnace at this year's Superbowl has been nominated for three Emmys!

She is nominated in three categories: Outstanding Special Class Short Format Action Entertainment Programs; Outstanding Technical Direction, Camarawork, Video Control for Miniseries, Movie or a Special, and Outstanding Lightening Design/Lightening Direction for a Variety Special.

Music News: K. Michelle has released a new video for "I Don't Like Me" which is a heart wrenching ballad. She has really been impressing me with her songs. 

Her album "Rebellious Soul" hits stores August 14th. What do you think about the video?

Reality News: In a new interview with Global Grind,shay 'Buckeey' Johnson speaks to Sharon Carpenter about Scrappy. She does not consider herself his side chick because both were not seeing anyone were they were together. She didn't find out about Erica when she was on the show.

She also talks about the scene with her and Erica at Karlie Reed's hair event. She tels Sharon that she says that initially she was there just to talk to her, but Erica came off snotty towards her. She also says the producers made her look she was just there to fight her. 

Lastly, she thinks several people will not return for season. We already know that K. Michelle won't return as she has her own spin-off show soon and will appear on 'Love and Hip Hop" NY. She did reveal that K. Michelle wrote a song about here.

2013 MTV VMA Nominations Are Out!

Music News: It's that time of the year again! The nominations for the 2013 MTV VMA's came out this morning via Instagram and Vine and the male artist are dominating this year's nominees. Justine Timberlake and Macklemore each score six nominations. Both artists are nominated for video of the year.  Other male artists nominated are Robin Thicke and Bruno Mars.

As for the female artists, Pink, Demi Lavato, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift have received multiple nominations. The 2013 VMAs will on August 25th which is my birthday!

New Music: Jackie Madden (You're Cut Off) Releases New Song "Taste"

Exclusive:  Jackie Madden, who was best known for being on VH1's 'You're Cut Off" in 2010, has released a news single called "Taste"

The song is the follow up to her hit dance song "Falling" which climbed in the top 40 dance charts back in 2011. She also lamded  at # 2  for Billboard's Breakout Artist Dance Chart. "Taste" is her fourth single released. She is currently working on more music and new projects.

'Chrissy & Mr. Jones' Returns In September For Season 2

Reality News: It has been confirmed by VH1 blog that the 'Love and Hip Hop" spin- off "Chrissy & mr. Jones' will premiere its second season of September 24th.  Emily B will also return for season 2. the second season has been filming since March 

Other shows returning this fall are 'Single Ladies" and "Big Ang" Next month, "Marrying The Game", "Basketball Wives" and "Tough Love" also return for new seasons.
