2. Eight tabloid magazines

3. Three Wedding Invitations. One the one they sent when that all of the originally intended guests got. The other two are to Betty & Earl for the REAL wedding. All three invitations are just beautiful. Each one is filled with Swarovski Crystals. Little gems that are a treasure all on their own. They are all made out of ivory lace and each has its own Swarovski crystal clasp on the front. When they were made for Britney and Kevin, the cost each was over $350.00. Rapper Paul Wall Approached by VH1 Celebrity Fit Club Representatives

"Honestly, when we were in Afghanistan and [representatives from VH1's] Celebrity Fit Club were contacting [me] about coming on the show," he said. "That was a hell of a wake-up call. [Being fat] isn’t a secret. You can look in the mirror and try to hide it and cover it up, and it may work here or there, but there ain’t no shirt or hat you can put on or haircut you can get to hide the fact that you’re morbidly obese. That’s what the doctor said: I was 'morbidly obese.' I decided not to do [the show] but it was still a wake-up call to have people calling you saying, 'Hey, you’re really, really fat.'"

Celebrity fit Club Bootcamp "Sebestian Bach" Arrested

According to Peterborough, Ontario, law enforcement, Bach and his buddies were throwing some back at Riley's Old Towne Pub when an altercation erupted between Bach and a member of the bar's staff. Things took a turn for the physical when Bach was told that he could not leave the premises with his wine glass. In true "Youth Gone Wild" fashion, Bach chucked the glass at the front door.

Police arrived at the scene, but it was too late. In trying to restrain the blond behemoth, a bar employee was bitten on his left hand. Police found a rather puny amount (1.95 grams) of marijuana in Bach's possession.

Bach has been charged with assault, mischief and possession of a controlled substance. He was expected to appear in court on Monday.

VH1 Star Pics: Kevin Federline

1284739877_k-fed-290.jpg
How is K-Fed's battle with the bulge going these days?

Golf enthusiast Kevin Federline hit a putting green in Simi Valley, Calif. on Thursday.
The 32-year-old ex-husband to Britney Spears and father to her two sons, Federline has famously struggled with his weight in the past couple years. He shocked fans with a much fuller, rotund physique on a golf course in spring 2009. He subsequently dropped 28 pounds during his stint on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club, which aired this past spring.
"I looked pregnant," the former dancer said of the so-called "K-Fat" photos, adding that he was "over 240" pounds at his heaviest.
"A lot of things" in his personal life (including his messy 2006 divorce from Spears) contributed to the weight gain, Federline admitted.
Still, Federline appeared to have gained some of the weight back after Fit Club's finale.
Tell Us: How do you think Federline looks today?

Celeb Fitclub Doctor On tour

Dr. Ian Smith, the medical expert who has dished out weight loss advice for six seasons on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club," will be in Durham this weekend on a nationwide tour to promote health.
But this time, the fitness-savvy celebrity - whose claims to fame include three New York Times best-sellers and an appointment to President Barack Obama's Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition - will not be talking about shedding pounds.
Smith has partnered with the Be Sickle Smart program to educate those living with sickle cell disease and their families about the risk of iron overload that can result from multiple blood transfusions.
At the Be Sickle Smart Empowerment Tour event at the Durham Marriott Convention Center on Saturday, guests can participate in educational workshops and interactive presentations with the celebrity physician, enjoy a free lunch, and get tested for iron levels. There will be activities such as Wii video games and art workshops for the event's youngest visitors. And 75 guests will win a copy of Smith's new book, "Happy: Simple Steps to Get the Most Out of Life."
The problem
Sickle cell disease is a blood disorder passed down through families that can hinder blood flow and prevent critical oxygen from reaching the body's tissues.
The disease arises when a person gets two copies of the sickle gene, one from mom and one from dad. It primarily affects African-Americans, with one in 12 carrying a single copy of the sickle trait, and one in 500 having the full-blown disease with both copies.
Other at-risk groups include Hispanics and those of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean descent.
As many as 100,000 people in the United States have the condition, reports the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Blood transfusion can help by reducing pain and other complications. However, because blood contains iron, dangerous levels can accumulate in people who receive about 10 or more transfusions. If iron reaches toxic levels, it can cause major damage, such as heart or liver disease, diabetes, increased pain or sexual dysfunction.
It's treatable
But iron overload is very treatable, Smith said.
As a result, periodic and regular testing for blood iron levels is critical.
Shenika Richardson, 32, a database administrator from Raleigh, has had more than 30 transfusions and frequently gets tested to assess her iron levels.
Because of Richardson's experiences living with sickle cell, she works on the patient advisory board for the Bridges Pointe Sickle Cell Foundation, one of the many programs in North Carolina dedicated to raising awareness and caring for those with the disease.
"I've been very fortunate with managing my disease, but I know not all patients are," she said. She advises others to "pray, remain positive, and always have hope."
An overlooked disease
Sickle cell disease is often overlooked, Smith said, and not well understood even in the medical community.
"Doctors aren't purposely neglectful," he said, "but sickle cell is not as mainstream as, say, colon or lung cancer, so they are not aware of all the issues that face patients. It's a problem."
Elaine Whitworth, director of the Bridges Pointe Foundation, agreed. "I do think it is off the radar screen," she said.
The Triangle is just one stop on Smith's nationwide tour that began in April, is scheduled to run through October, and includes Los Angeles, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and others.

Steven Adler Clean and Touring

Steven Adler was once a member of Guns n Roses. He rode with them to the top and enjoyed all the fame and fortune that their number one album, Appetite for Destruction brought. He also began to enjoy heroin.
Adler quickly became a heroin junkie and began the downward spiral that is common place for an addict. He was thrown out of the band, he lost most of his possessions and friends, he entered into a world of drugs and despair.
Finally, he realized what he had done. Adler entered into the VH1 Celebrity Rehab program to kick the habit. He was, at best, a hard person to treat. The addiction had been a part of his life for so long giving up wasn’t easy.
But eventually he won. He has kicked the habit and is proudly taking it day by day. He recently started a new band “Adler’s Appetite”, has released a song and is touring the country. A book about his ordeal is soon to be released. Drug counselors have warned him about the rock-n-roll lifestyle, but he is pursuing music again anyways. He does not want to hide from his past, but experience a new future through clear eyes.

Celebrity Fit Club [Recap] - Finale

So, in the beginning as planned the fit clubbers all go to the "PUNISHER", which is the obstacle course that they took part in their first day . Shar and Tanisha sit out, because of injuries. First up is Kevin vs. Jay, the two front-runners for the top prize. Kevin starts off with an early lead, but Jay passes him on the final tower-climb, and smokes Kevin. Then, Bobby and Sebastian face off, and are for the most part evenly matched, but Bobby pulls out and wins it. Last, is Nicole vs. Kaycee. Kaycee starts off with a lead saying she is more determined than ever, but she hits a wall while climbing the tower, and Nicole beats Kaycee like she owes her money. Kaycee is at a standstill about 3/4 of the way up the tower, whether to go back down or keep trying. She eventually continues climbing, and makes it all the way up. So, even though the blue team lost all 3 of their 1 on 1 matches, because their original time the first day, AND because Tanisha was sitting out, they still manage to beat the Red team and earn the 5 fit factor points. Nicole seems annoyed by this.

So after the hard physical Challenge, the fit clubers are lead to a section outside where they will do a therapy technique. They pair up and help eachother with constructive criticism, where finally it seems the Shar/Kevin drama may be somewhat cleared up.

Lastly, all of the contestants go to their final weigh in.

Everyone gets their final weigh-in (nicole and Ian have a little dispute..SHOCKER) and discuss their experience on the show.

Bobby Brown GAINS a pound . He then gives up a blank check or something to Ian, and walks out saying his famous "kiss my ass". After some 3 year old baby pep-talk, he decides to return.

Then, the individual winner is announced.

Obviously, it's between Kevin and Jay...and ultimately by like .3 points, JAY wins the individual title!

Then the TEAM is announced.

The winner is the Blue team, and Tanisha and Sebastian begin skipping and cheering.

Then, their 200,000 dollars worth of prizes/cash are announced.

The first like half are all workout gear, and their faces seem blank..THEN they get announced that they have won island getaways, spa treatments, and suddenly they are all excited.

Everyone celebrates and the show ends.

I personally was happy with either individual winner, they both deserved it. Also, I was happy with the blue team.
