Stevie J has STILL not paid his child support and now prosecutors want him in jail! TMZ reported last week  that he now earns 1.3. million in back child support. The judge now wants to put in jail for 6 months.

TMZ reports:

 U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara says Stevie's track record of ignoring his child support responsibilities has been flagrant and disrespectful to the law. In docs, Bharara points out Stevie's gotten plenty of second chances, but repeatedly screws up by, among other things, failing drug tests.

Rich Dollaz has pulled a Stevie J and has been arrested for unpaid child support. Vh1Gossip.com originally reported that he was taken into custory for two child support orders which totaled $250,000. He was seen being escorted from an NYC restaurant and into the Hudson County jail.

More info has come out today, on of his baby mamas Chaundra Niccole confirmed to Bossip.com that he owed her $188,000 in back child cupport for their 14-year old daughter

“My caseworker called me last week and told me they had him,” the woman told Bossip. “He’s never made one payment. He’s only seen my daughter one time. I do want them to develop a relationship, but it’s not right at all.”

Stevie J is speaking exclusively to  Jasmine Brand.com she reports that Stevie J did in fact pat child support through his music royality payments and now he is demadnignt the feds to hand over documents to his music royalities proving that he payed child support to his baby mama.

If you recall, he was arrested last June for back-u child support of over  $1 million and just last month he was indicted by the grand jury for not pay support in which he might be sent to two years behind bars. He has also been in rehab for drugs and won't be released until later this month.

Stevie J might be facing prison time for not payinng over 1.1 million on back child support to his baby mama. TMZ has reported that he has been indicted by the grand jury buy won't face the charges until February. Right now, he is in rehab for testing positive for weed.

Right now, 'Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta season 4 is filming. We will probably see this play out on the show.

'Love and Hip Hop: NY' star, Rich Dollaz, has been arrested and locked in Hudson county jail for unpaid child support. He was busted when a police officer noticed a vehicle being double-parked behind the police department which belonged to Rich Dollaz.

According to NJ.com he was taken to Began County jail and payed 1,000 bail money but then he was custody just yesterday for unpaid child support warrant of $20k. Now he remains in jail until he pays at least half of that amount.

Reality: Something is really off about this woman IF this is really true. We all know that Stevie J was arrested recently for not paying child support. It said he ranked up 1 Million of unpaid to one of his baby mamas.

Well now tea has spilled on Mona Scott Young. First off, I did not know she was the one who bailed him out! Kai Patterson, who is the founder of Project Child Support, is putting the producer on blast accusing of lying and helping Stevie J avoid pay child support!

“I don’t understand how an Executive Producer of a hit television reality series does not enter into any agreements with the cast or any organizations contracted with the cast of a television production. This is a felony child support evasion case, and helping someone commit a felony crime is a felony crime. We are going cooperate with the federal agencies investigating this case and provide them with copies of all documents we received that are related to this case, including Mona Scott’s court ordered subpoena response.”

UPDATE: Stevie J's Attorney Says He Does Not Owe 1 Million In Child Support

Stevie J Released From Jail

Update:  Stevie J has been released from jail with the bond set at $25,000. He spoke about his arrest to the associated press  saying "it feels great, I'm home with my wife" "I'm just ready to get this behind me"

Stevie J has failed to pay child support  for two of his kids who are now teens living in Pennsylvania. It's said that he now owes them $1 million.

But his attorney who is representing “him says he does not owe 1 million.

We plan on proving that if there is an amount owed, it is definitely not a million dollars, nor anything close to that amount,”
