My For the love of Ray-j 2 Premeire Review

Alrigtht so here is my take on the premiere of the show. Even though it had the lowest ratings for a 51 minds show, I thought the premiere was decent. Is it just me or does these chicks kinda look similar to other VH1 chicks? Like Heartbreaker she looks similair to Cocktail even though she hates Cocktial, Jaguar reminds me of Cashmere , Flossy reminds me of Sassy from Real Chance of love 2. This season has alot of selective mix of chicks. The chicks that stand out the most as of right now is Excotica, Ms. Berry,Heartbreaker,Flossy,Caliante, and Jaguar. I think those chicks will go far on the show. I do think season 2 chicks are better the season 1 not that I have anything against season 1 chicks. I do hope the ratings will go hope soon.

Ryan Jenkins death mocked on Halloween

Ryan Jenkins -- the reality show contestant who killed himself after he was accused of brutally murdering his wife -- was mocked ruthlessly on Halloween with a display featuring the actual coat rack he used to hang himself.


Sometime last month, the coat rack was removed from the Thunderbird Motel room where Jenkins hanged himself, after the room's new occupant complained that the rack creeped him out and he couldn't sleep.

The manager gave the rack to a friend of his -- a friend who decided it was the perfect decoration for his Halloween party.

The friend labeled the rack as "Ryan Jenkins' Last Stop" and we're told, shockingly, it was a huge hit at the party ... with several people taking morbid photos with it like it was the Lincoln Memorial.

FYI -- For those of you with an eye for detail, that IS the same air freshener hanging from the rack in both pics.

Low Ratings for For the love of Ray-J 2

The numbers are in and the For the Love of Ray J 2 premiere turned in a disastrous 1.271 million viewers on VH1. When combined with the concurrent MTV airing, the show still failed to cross the 2 million viewer mark at only 1.916 million viewers.

This marks the lowest premiere ever for any 51 Minds produced show. It is a far cry from February when the first season premiere pulled 2.4 million viewers and even more disappointing considering it could not retain half of the 2.5 million

Dr. Drew saves a football player

Dr. Drew saves a football player's life in California.On TV, Dr. Drew Pinsky saves people from drugs and sex. But, the Celebrity Rehab host came out of the stands at California high school football game last weekend to save the life of a dying player.

Pinsky was watching his son Doug play football at Pasadena Polytechnic when a Poly player took a shot to the head. I played football for years, and these things happen. There's no indication that malice was involved in the related hit.

The injured player, Jackson Allan, came off the field and headed to the bench to talk to his coaching staff and teammates. But, as is often the case with concussions and other head injuries, the brain can be deceptive. The condition quickly grew more serious, and paramedics were called.

But, Pinsky got there first to find Allan in a coma -- no longer breathing.

Pinsky administered CPR until EMTs took over and transported the boy to the Harbor UCLA Medical Center. The kid was bleeding into his brain and required surgery to relieve the pressure.

The players' parents, school officials and the attending doctors all praised Pinsky for his quick response. But, in keeping with his deadpan bedside manner on TV, Pinsky avoided media contact since the event.

Still, you have to imagine the only people happier than the kid and his parents are the producers at VH1 who get bucket of great publicity for their popular host.
