Meet Christine Haeberman Scream Queens 2

Porterville native Christine Haeberman, 28, will be featured in the VH1 horror-themed reality series “Scream Queens 2”, premiering tonight at 10/9c.
Haeberman and nine other contestants on “Scream Queens” will compete to land an acting role in Lionsgate’s upcoming “Saw 3D” horror film.
The cast will endure a horror film boot camp with intense physical challenges, work with creatures, gore and stunts while building on their acting skills, a VH1 press release said.
Actress Jaime King will be the show’s host and also judge along with acting coach John Homa and Tim Sullivan, director of “2001 Maniacs” and “Driftwood.”
Among Haeberman’s greater accomplishments has been the opportunity to be a part of the VH1 series, she said.
“I hope this will open a lot of doors for me as far as moving forward, hopefully it will lead to more acting roles,” she said.
Haeberman, a Monache High School graduate, has an artistic nature and appreciation for the arts, mom Karen Haeberman said. Mrs. Haeberman, a Porerville resident and retired teacher who taught for 36 years at Bartlett Middle School, applauds her daughter’s career.
“I’m very happy that she’s pursuing her dream. This has been her passion for many years, even when she was a little girl she’d act out scenes with friends or even alone,” Mrs. Haeberman said.
Since age eight, Haeberman performed in various plays at the Barn Theatre and at Porterville College. She also worked for a Porterville movie theatre.
“She’s not just talented in acting, she does oil painting, sketching, she always loved to sing and took dance lessons from Dance Horizons. She’s very artistic... but her one true passion is acting,” Mrs. Haeberman said.
Haeberman attended the University of Redlands and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and a minor in Theatre.
Following college, Haeberman moved to Berkeley for two years, where she worked in local community theatres and decided that to make it in the film industry she had to move to Los Angeles.
She currently lives in Los Angeles with boyfriend Justin Fields, a USC graduate and aspiring screenwriter.
“I moved to L.A. five years ago to diligently pursue acting,” she said. “[Being an actress] has its up and downs. Somedays I want to quit and feel like I should be like everybody else and get a real job,” she said.
Haeberman’s most recent work involves a sci-fi film titled “The Millenium Bug,” to debut this Fall and an independent horror film titled “Murder Loves Killers Too,” available on DVD.
Since her appearance on the show, Haeberman said she has learned to gain more confidence in her performance.
“I admire that she doesn’t like to be a star, she doesn’t care about being famous — she sincerely loves acting. It just makes her literally glow from the inside out,” Haeberman’s mom said.

VH1access Interview: Laura Baron (You're Cut Off)

Here is my interview with the life coach of You're Cut Off... Larua Baron. She tells me how she got in the show to be the life coach, She also says that her greatest challenge was to get the girls "invested in the program" She also believes that Chrissy has insecurity issues she has tried to reach to her as well. She gives a shout to me, VH1info ( my blog partner) and Rich from VH1.com.  Follow her on twitter. Visit her facebook page

VH1access: Hello Laura, Thank you for doing this interview with me. How are you?
Laura: I'm great thanks.... you're an important part of our VH1 family, happy to the interview.

VH1access: The show was a success, the finale ended with big ratings. How did you end up being on this show? Were you offered to be on it?
Laura: Our audience nailed the finale for us... they're amazing, we're so proud to have such loyal supporters! Originally, VH1 reached out to me direct to devise and run the program once they had the concept down. We all clicked immediately, everyone on the project had great intentions. Ironically, the day they wanted to meet the team I was already scheduled out to NY  to meet with TODAY show, it all very easy.

VH1access: Was teaching these girls how to be more independent one of your biggest challenges?
Laura: Before getting them to independence , my greatest challenge was to get them invested in the program. The cameras and lights can be distracting from the core goal. I wasn't there for entertainment, I was there to get these women whole.

VH1access: Who was the most difficult girl to work with?
Laura: They all had their moments.. it was a challenging situation. I expected the push-back. Some were clearly more aggressive, but sometimes those are the easiest to launch because you know exactly what you're getting.

VH1access: Do you think that Chrissy had hidden insecurity issues in her? Watching the show, she was upset that she left.
Laura: Absolutely, I get this question most often especially on my Facebook /Twitter -asklauarbaron accounts. Between Chrissy's need for her compact and need for her attention she showcased her insecurities daily. She had thick walls up out of her self-protection. Unfortunately, she protected herself out of an experience that could've really helped her. It was sad to see her go. I hope she finds someone she'll let in .. she deserves to be happy too.

VH1access: Was there a moment where you thought one of the girls might have gave up on the program and quit?
Laura: Everyday in that program there was a possibility one of the girls would bolt. It was a delicate balance between pushing them and keeping them. They're not women used to be told what to do or being required to share more than their labels and charm... I never concerned myself with anyone stepping out. If they weren't committed , they should't be there. In the end, the girls proved to be smart , too proud , too invested in the program to walk , and after meeting them I expected that too.

VH1access: What was your favorite lesson you did with them?
Laura: I Loved getting them in font of the mirror acknowledging their truths and I love working with PATH. Getting real and giving back are two core values of the program . I was proud how open they were to each.

VH1access: Do you still keep in touch with the girls?
Laura: I do. I've reached to all of them and their families and remain accessible to all of them on an as-needed basis. This is a process. I promised them as long as they were willing to do the work, I'd be there. And I am always will be - they're my girls . I have not spoken to Chrissy, however. I have reached out to her several times again it's her choice.

VH1acces: Will you return for the show's 2nd season?
Laura: Yes. I love the project, the team and the integrity. If there's a second season, I'll be running it... it'd be great to share my program with a new group!

VH1access: You also have a website. can you tell me about it?
Laura: www.asklaurabaron.com has grown with a demand. We get hundreds of write ins weekly requesting advice. .. So to keep it up, we've added the newsletter and additional outreach options alongside a topical blog and exiting changes upcoming. I'll give you updates as they happen. It'll be definitely worthwhile to keep checking back....

VH1access: Thank you Laura for doing this interview. Do you want to give a shout out to anyone?
Laura: Anytime! My shout out is to our amazing supporters like you. You, your buddy  VH1 info and Rich over at VH1 are great examples of people who led the troops to get this show seen and loved. Also, to the women on the show brave enough to show themselves and to our supporters brave enough to let us in... VH1, the entire production team and myself thank you... you made this show!

Vh1 Money Hungry Phillip Funny Animated Pics

phillip300_11
We’re used to seeing larger-than-life personalities on reality TV, but no one has quite fit that plus-size description as well as Money Hungry’s Phillip (one half of Team Flabulous). His drunken, rhythmic, neck-snapping, flamboyant and just plain buoyant showing in the show’s premiere is nothing short of a revelation. Make sure to tune in Monday at 9/8c to see if he’ll stick around (bringer your prayer books!), and for now, check out our salute to this early breakout in the best online tributary medium there is: the gif wall…

Meet Gabby West From Scream Queens 2

Screaming on the job generally isn’t your ticket to the top.
But for Gabby West, a 2003 Century High School graduate, it may just be a career-making move.
West is a contestant on the second season of VH1’s “Scream Queens.” The show seeks to find the best undiscovered actress for the next film in the “Saw” saga, “Saw 3-D.”
“I think (“Scream Queens”) made me realize that acting is absolutely what I want to do with my life,” West said.
The show premieres tonight with West competing against nine other aspiring actresses.
In each episode, eight per season, the women take classes on new techniques before using these skills in a screen test. The show is basically “America’s Next Top Model” for actresses, West said.
“It basically was just an ongoing process of, like, who was constantly on their toes, who had the talent and who was willing to go the distance,” West said.
Three years ago, West had never acted. But after one semester at North Dakota State University as an English Literature major and a year at a university in Bozeman, Mont., West moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting.
“I literally woke up one day and knew that I needed to move to L.A. and become an actress,” West said.
West attended CHS for her entire high school career. But during her childhood, she attended 13 different schools and her family moved constantly, which kept her from pursuing acting.
“It was something I had always wanted to do, but I moved so much that I didn’t have enough self-confidence to do it,” West said.
After three years in Hollywood, West landed her spot, out of 36,000 hopefuls, on “Scream Queens.”
Shortly before West was chosen for the show, she’d hit her financial rock bottom.
“It just got, like, down to the wire for me,” West said. “There is a lot of struggling that is involved with acting until you really hit it big.”
At that time, West said she was working as a hotel waitress and couldn’t afford anything but food. She was forced to move in with her parents in New Mexico. While she was on her break from Los Angeles, she saw a casting call for “Scream Queens” and went for it.
While on “Scream Queens,” West shared a bedroom and one bathroom with the nine other actresses. She said they were really set apart from the outside world and there was a lot of drama. But for West, the opportunity was worth the additional stress.
“I really felt like ‘Scream Queens,’ at the time, was very make-it-or-break-it,” West said “When I first got there, I was very scared, but I knew that I needed to open up.”
While on the show, West worked with Hollywood directors and coaches and attended the 2010 Comic Con festival.
“It was a really amazing education,” West said. “It was like something you can’t buy. ‘Scream Queens’ was a pretty unforgettable experience that will continue to help me.”
Since being on the show, West has booked a part in the remake of the 1985 movie “Fright Night.” She also has hired a manager and entertainment lawyer and is looking for an agent.
As for the outcome of “Scream Queens,” only time will tell. The show airs at 9 p.m. on Monday nights on VH1.
“The thing about acting is that even though you may be playing a different character, it is a way for you to see yourself really clearly,” West said. “(Acting) is really in my blood and a calling for me.”

Lil stressful at times, but good..

Vh1iNFO: Which One Was your favorite Episode?

My favorite episode was when I confronted my "alleged" stalker.

Vh1iNFO: Do you Feel Vh1 Edited it & Portrayed you?

I think I was portrayed pretty good. No complaints here.

Vh1iNFO: I Know I Sent You & The other Cast the Ratings Every Week How Do you Feel on the Numbers?

When you start filming a show like this you have no idea what the outcome will be. We were happy with the #'s for season 1. Hoping the ratings will go up for season 2.

Vh1iNFO: I Remember The Episode With The Stalker, And At Reunion You Told Tanika that You Hired a Investigator Can You Talk About that What Has happened since?

Can't really comment on that yet. Cyber-Stalking cases like mine take time to investigate. My case is still under investigation.

Vh1iNFO: Gloria Hinted to the Media She was returning, and later Matt Barnes has told the Media He Wont let her, Confirm that for the fans -

It was confirmed right before the reunion show that Gloria wasn't coming back for season 2. I have no idea if the decision came from Matt or Gloria. To be honest, I really don't care..

Vh1iNFO: We recently Found out Sandra Was Getting Paid to do the show and Turned Season 2 down whats going on with that?
I Laughed so Much when A Follower said her Real Name is Mandra & She is Plastic American -
