Viacom Fires Back At Pebbles 40 Million TLC Movie Lawsuit

Viacom Fires Back

Reality:  Viacom is finally responding back to former TLC managaer Pebbles Reid's 40 Million lawsuit against them claiming that they used her character in an unlikable way and inaccurately portrayed her.  She preiously announced her lawsuit when she was the Wendy Williams Show

The Jasmine Brand exclusively reports that Viacom has fired back at her lawsuit. In the new documents viacom says that Pebbles did have control over TLC lawyers and kept information from the band in regards to their contracts just like in the movie. They also said that Pebbles turned down TLC merchandise deals.

"Any expenses Reid purportedly advanced on behalf of TLC were deducted from TLC’s share of royalties as all such royalties flowed directly through the hands of Reid, Pebbitone, and LaFace, who controlled the source and payment of the group’s royalties."

Celeb:  A source confirms that the Aaliyah biopic "One In A Million" will begin shooting in Toronto on July 2nd. The cast has not been officially announced but it does look like 106 & Park host Keshia Chante will be playing the late singer.

UPDATE: Stevie J's Attorney Says He Does Not Owe 1 Million In Child Support

Update:  Stevie J has been released from jail with the bond set at $25,000. He spoke about his arrest to the associated press  saying "it feels great, I'm home with my wife" "I'm just ready to get this behind me"

Stevie J has failed to pay child support  for two of his kids who are now teens living in Pennsylvania. It's said that he now owes them $1 million.

But his attorney who is representing “him says he does not owe 1 million.

We plan on proving that if there is an amount owed, it is definitely not a million dollars, nor anything close to that amount,”

Mama Joyce:" I Want A Peach For Season 7"

Reality:  Mama Joyce has revealed new  a interview that she wants to officially join the cast of "Real Housewives of Atlanta for season 7.

She was asked if Bravo was going to cast member, Mama Joyce replied she should. She says she was an important element last season.

Well, me! Maybe not a Housewife, but something! I should have a peach, don’t you think? I think I was a very important part of this last season.”

She also reveals that she wasn't drunk during the reunion show.

“For anyone that was misunderstood, that was my normal personality. I’m a happy person. I’m happy all the time. Now, last year they may have caught me with a bad mood … So for those who thought I had been drinking, they are sadly mistaken. I do not drink, I do not smoke, and I have never done any drugs. Blue Ivy's Hair Sparks An Online Petition... SMH

Do People Have A Life?

Celeb:  I feel the need to make  a blog post out of this because this does not mane any sense whatsoever. Recently, a picture of Beyonce's daughter Blue Ivy has surfaced and it shows her daughter's hair looking unkept. It sparked an uproar on social media about how her looked.  People have had difefrent opinions about it. Some accused Beyonce of not taking care of her daughters, and other's didn't see any problem.

While it's cool to have an opinion, it's not cool to start a petition just because you're concern with a toddlers hair and kid is not even your's!

A female name Jasmine Toliver started a ridiculous petition on Change.org basically telling Beyonce to comb her daughters hair. Do people have any common sense anymore? What if her daughter just woken up from nap or Beyonce fixed up her hair after this photo was taken? How can you judge on one photo and just assume Beyonce does not take care of her daughter's hair?

You even have reality stars like Tamar Braxton and Keke Wyatt having their thoughts on it

Man Gets Killed At Big Ang's Bar; Investigation Begins

Big Ang Sends Condolences

Reality:  Instigation has begun for the man who was killed at Big Ang's bar Drunkin Monkey in Statan Island.

The man's name is Adoul Cisse and he died on Sunday at her bar after trying stop a fight. He was struck in the face and fell backwards hitting his head o the pavement which fractured his skull. Now investigators are reviewing surveilance video to figure out who is responsible for his death

Stevie J Gets Arrested For Not Paying Child Support

Reality: Love and Hip Hop's Stevie J was arrested today for not pay chil support for one of his baby mamas. TMZ reports he stopped paying since 2001 and now he has to pay 1 million in back child support.

Update: The members of TLC is finally putting this so called feud to rest in a  new interview.  Just refresh your memory, in a recent Australian interview Chilli and T-Boz talked how female artists don't have to be be naked or take off their clothes. The media and everyone else thought they were talking Rihanna and that dress she word at the CFDA.

In this new interview with Yahoo music, they said that the network was being messy and twisted their words to make about Rihanna. They never saw Rihanna's  dress. The message was for the little girls trying break into music industry. They also responded to that topless photo of them Rihanna put up in her twitter wall. They revealed that photo was breast cancer awararness.

Reality: Love and Hip Hop creator and producer, Mona Scott Young appeared on The View this morning as a co-host and she got grilled by Sherri Shepherd about the Love and Hip Hop' franchise.

She was asked about the violence on her reality shows and she responded by saying "reality TV is a guilty pleasure for many and the drama is what we like to see". We did learn more about her though. She is Haitian , has been married for 10 years and her husband is a stay at home dad.
