Mob Wives: Philadelphia In The Works?

Another Spin-Off?

It looks VH1 might give us yet another spin off of Mob Wives, this time in Philadelphia. According to New York Daily News Alicia DiMichele, who is married to Colombo gangster Edward Graofalo (pictured on top), has been approached about starring in another Mob Wives spin-off  set in Philadelphia.  Ironically Alicia's father-in-law was allegedly murdered by members Karen Gravano's fathers group called John Gotti.

Me personally, I am not here for this. VH1 should just stop with Chicago.

“I don’t even argue like some of these women on TV,” she said. “I just watched ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,’ and I was like, ‘whoa.’ It’s not that you have to compete [with other shows], but if you look at things from a business standpoint, you want to get the kind of ratings that the ‘Basketball Wives’ are getting.

Brandy recently appeared shows like 90120 and The Game and will now be making an appearance on the new season of Drop Dead Diva on Lifetime.

'Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta' Becomes The Latest Show to Boycotted

Boycotted?

First it was Basketball Wives, now Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta has become the next show to have a boycott petition. Ever since the show aired there has been drama left and right. Now there is boycott.  Kelly Smith Beaty, who was a contestant on The Apprentice explaining how this show degraded black people in Atlanta.

"I, like many of you, watched in complete horror as a cable network debuted yet another reality drama based on black life as it purportedly unfolds in the ATL. I will refrain from mentioning the name of this show because if you saw it then you already know what I’m referring to and if you didn’t then I do not wish to entice or encourage you to seek it out. In fact, the more that I reflect on my feelings about what I witnessed Monday evening, the more I realize that my disgust lies not just with that particular show alone, but with the way that the city which was once a symbol of black progress is now being portrayed in the media as a whole.

"Series after series I have watched with great chagrin as popular reality TV franchises select the jewel of the south to lift the veil of mystique behind the city’s affluent and create what ultimately amounts to a ratings bonanza for the networks and a cash windfall for the producers."

Evelyn Talks "Ev And Ocho' and BBW Season 5 ; Shoots For YRB Magazine

Evelyn Lozada did an interview with  The Egypt and she talks her spin off show Ev & Ocho. She says that she and Chad have found place to get married despite what TMZ have said.

"You know what that story came out and I was like this is bs and what ended up happening- I’ll make a long story short- Because we were filming a reality show, that was the issue. So if you were filming a reality show, a lot of these hotels are very protective of their environment, their employees, so they don’t necessarily want people to film."

She also talks about the 5th season of Basketball Wives and shares her thoughts about Jennifer, Royce, and Kesha being fired.

"Um, that wasn’t really confirmed just yet. You know I heard the same thing. If it did, listen, after awhile, your storyline starts becoming repetitive- people get bored. I open up all aspects of my life so you see me happy, sad, you know, you see everything about me, but certain cast members don’t open up like that, or cant due to legal reasons and I think after awhile it just gets boring, give us something else."

If she will return for season 5 of Basketball Wives

"Um, I don’t know. You know I honestly don’t know because we don’t know what the cast is going to look like. We just stopped filming what like a month and a half ago, because as the show was airing, we were still filming. So, I don’t know. Negotiations start I think August, September."
