Emily B Gives Birth
Former original Love and Hip Hop:NY cast member has announced on Instagram
that she gave birth to a baby boy.
This is her second child with rapper Faboulous
"Yes, Caitlyn looks amazing and is beautiful but what I think is most beautiful about her is her heart and soul, the ways she has allowed the world into her vulnerabilities. The love and devotion she has for her family and that they have for her. Her courage to move past denial into her truth so publicly. These things are beyond beautiful to me. A year ago when my Time magazine cover came out I saw posts from many trans folks saying that I am “drop dead gorgeous” and that that doesn’t represent most trans people. (It was news to be that I am drop dead gorgeous but I’ll certainly take it). But what I think they meant is that in certain lighting, at certain angles I am able to embody certain cisnormative beauty standards."
"I’m not doing it for money. I’m doing it to help my soul and help other people. If I can make a dollar, I certainly am not stupid. [I have] house payments and all that kind of stuff. I will never make an excuse for something like that. Yeah, this is a business. You don’t go out and change your gender for a television show. O.K., it ain’t happening. I don’t care who you are.”
“It’s nothing like the first season already. After the last one, they asked people their opinions on me, and everybody said, we love her, she’s one of the biggest stars on VH1. But we still didn’t get more of what we wanted in knowing her on Season 1,” K. Michelle explained. “I made it more focused on the characters, the friends, because there were still things I was hiding. Now, I don’t give a f—k. I’ve been so open about inner issues and things that have been haunting me, and I’m coming clean about the skeletons in my closet.”
"How did this get cleared? I need to hear my [girl] Leelee sang this on TV! Not #kmichelle ... no disrespect but don't she got her own love songs? Or, were they just not good enough? No shade! Just blinding light! At least it will bring awareness to a truly inspiring project! Sorry this one caught me off guard..."
Why are you so bothered? I checked your Wikipedia, and you don't have many reciepts. Are you mad because you never really made it? Serious question. Me and Leela are great and both have the same management. Yandy loved the song, and Leela being supportive let me sing it. There's nothing wrong with showing love. Until you get two #1 albums and a couple of top ten records, you should focus on how to get there after all these years. Stop being so messy and damn opinionated when you're no one to talk. Don't create issues from your house. You should see another black woman, shut the f*ck [up] and salute. Oh your response isn't needed. I've been booked for three days now, so I need to go to sleep so I can travel back to my new 3 million dollar home. Not bad huh? Good night dirty back pack. Express your thoughts and all that deep sh*t. I don't care, [cause you're] blocked, and this is the most action [you've] gotten on your page in years."
Talk about a serious read, right?
"P.S., oh no, I don't have a wedding song yet, but my songs are good enough to sell out theaters, not cafes."
"Livin’ Lozada” follows the lives of Evelyn Lozada, of “Basketball Wives” fame, and her 21-year-old daughter Shaniece. Evelyn has moved on from the heartache of her highly publicized divorce in a big way. She is engaged to big league baseball player Carl Crawford and the happy couple have a one-year-old son, Leo. Between learning to be a mom all over again, setting up a new home in Los Angeles for her and her family, working on getting the sequel to her first book published, as well as dealing with issues surrounding her family back East…Evelyn has a lot going on!"
"I got the surgery because I had terrible breathing and chewing problems--my jaw would lock up and I would get these awful pinched nerve pains and migraine headaches. When my doctor explained how all of those symptoms were connected to my TMJ [temporomandibular joint, or jaw] problems, I just knew that I had to have this procedure no matter what. I also wanted to feel better about myself inside and out. I was teased a lot about my underbite; and because of it, I never really felt pretty. I saved for years and years just to pay for this procedure"
