Vh1 Interview Lisa (Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch)

Lisa from Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch did an interview with VH1.com. she talks about her time on the show, her grandfather's illness and the arguments she has with the girls... she had a lot of them lol

How was your time on the show?
Short-lived. I felt like I should have and could have stayed a lot longer. It was a lot of fun. I would definitely do it again. I would love to come back and see those girls a second time, after seeing what I’ve seen and hearing them in their interviews.

You left the show because of your grandfather’s cancer. How is he doing?
It’s funny how God works. My grandfather is still living, but my grandmother fell last week and she passed away. So even though my grandfather’s still alive, I feel like I was still supposed to leave the show because, for whatever reason, it was my last chance to spend time with my grandmother. It’s really bittersweet.

What did you think about Ericka and Tara cheering when they found out you were leaving the show?
It disgusts me how phony and fake Ericka and Tara are. When I made the announcement to Jasmine that I was going home and I was getting in the car to leave, Tara started singing, “Na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye.” I ran up the steps to confront them, like, “How dare you say those things to me at this time when someone in my family is sick?” It didn’t surprise me that they went on to cheer when Chad told everyone I left. I’d love to see them again and let them know how I feel.

The fact that you were in a rival clique, though, couldn’t have made their antagonizing too surprising.
It wasn’t surprising that they would act that way toward me, but I was shocked they acted that way about my grandfather, and were laughing about it. No matter how much you dislike somebody, it’s surprising when anyone is capable about that sort of thing. I can’t even say how much it angers me.

You referred to yourself as “Mussolini” at one point during the show. Did you feel like you were running the house?
I know I was running the house. What they show on TV in the short amount of time versus how things really went down is completely different. I know that I ran that house. Girls would start to bring up things to confront people and I would shut them down. I know that no one had the upper hand over me. They would talk about me behind my back, but they would never say anything to my face.

It seemed like every episode you were arguing with somebody. Was that stressful?
I wasn’t stressed out the entire time — only at the end when I got news about my grandfather. All of the fights I got into were from sticking up for myself. A lot of the girls thought they could come together and crack jokes and be cute and funny, and that’s just not me. I’m nice to everybody until you piss me off. It wasn’t stressful, it was necessary and second nature to stand up for myself, and I wasn’t going to back down.

Any thoughts on your argument with Angela?
I don’t have any kind words for her. From the time I met her, she was showing her true personality. She’d talk about money a lot and how she was rich. She would talk with contempt toward Jasmine and myself. She’s just a s***ty person. She obviously grew up with a sliver spoon in her mouth, and I wasn’t raised like that. I can’t relate to that and I don’t have tolerance for people like that. The fight that we got into I knew was going to happen. It was just a matter of time. I don’t like her. I don’t like her as a person. I would never be her friend. People like that make me sick.

What about Rubi?
Rubi was very phony. I’m a smoker, and so is Rubi. She was smoking at the Rose Bowl, but as soon as we got in the house, she quit smoking and was talking so much s*** about me and Candice for smoking. When the cameras weren’t around, she was very approachable and nice, and when the cameras were around and she got with her little posse, she thought she’d crack jokes and be funny, and I saw right through that. I wasn’t intimidated by her being No. 1. I never looked at the board one time. I paid no attention that board. That was all done on first impressions. She was just another girl in the house who was phony.

What about the avocado-throwing argument you had with her?
You’re not gonna sit there and talk about my surgery or talk about me not being a lady without me sticking up for myself. She tried to say I had a weave in my hair and my hair clearly isn’t phony or fake, so I had to stick up for myself there. They didn’t show that on TV. There was a bunch of s*** that just kind of piled up and then I exploded. They said I was a lush or drunk. I can only hear that so many times before I get frustrated and lose my temper. And it took a long time from the time the argument about the avocado to about 13 minutes later when I poured the stuff on her. They just kept antagonizing me and finally I just lost it.

Any thoughts on Chad?
I think Chad wasn’t in it the whole time. I think he’d recently been with Cheryl Burke and his feelings were with her. I think that he is a nice person, but when the cameras weren’t on, he would not talk to us. We’d say, “Bye, Chad!” as he was walking out the mansion door and he wouldn’t even turn around. He’d just throw his hand up in the air and walk away. I’m not saying he’s a bad person, I think this was bad timing.

At one point you said you were the best girl for him. Do you still think that’s true?
Yeah. I am the best girl for him. I’ll stand by that. Maybe not in a relationship, but I think I could relate to him the most, but I think those girls are phony and they’d reveal their true colors eventually. I had a talk with Chad and we were on the same page about being yourself no matter what. If we were in a room and there wasn’t the pressure of the TV show and no one was trying to date anybody, I think he and I would get along the best.

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch - Episode 7 Recap

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch - Episode 7 Recap

Alright VH1 aired another new episode on The Ultimate Catch last night at a special time.  I guess the reason they aired another episode was because they wanted to end the show a week before the MTV 2010 VMAs airs which is September 12th.

6 girls remain. The next match up dates were Rubi/Erika and Jasmine/Brittany. The girls suspect that Rubi is only on this show for a singing career when she began to sing out loud. Jasmine fears that her time might be up so she tries to soften up and play nice with everyone. Chad took the girls to a salon. Rubi once again sang which annoyed the girls especially Tara (look at her facial expression on the picture)  The girls think that Erika is spending to much time with Tara and that she is Tara's puppet. Chad notices too. Also Brittany thinks Jasmine acting nice all of sudden is very phony and a red flag. Chad took Jasmine and Brittany first on a match up date. They went back to the mansion, where they an ice skating ring inside and a cute penguin.

They both had one on one time. Jasmine tried to express Chad with her skating skills. Chad had one on one time which Brittany. She tells him about Jasmine all of a sudden new personality. Chad wonders if Jasmine is doing this just because she is in the chopping block.  Chad also talks about how sof his lips were but Brittany did not kiss him which left Chad upset. Brittany says int he commentary that she didn't want to throw herself at him. The next match up date was Rubi and Erika. Erika was ready to tell Chad that Rubi is only here for her singing career.

Instead of a skating ring, the mansion transformed into Hawaii. They had hoola dancers, Erika tried to impress him with her dancing skills. She says that "I am more fit fit than Rubi, more attractive and have bigger boobs"  They also had dinner which was a roast pig (ew)   Erika was disgusetd by it and I don't blame her. I don't eat roast pig. Rubi had one on one time with Chad first. She explains to him that Erika is spending too much time with Tara and not enough time with him. Chad notices that too. It was Erika's turn to have one on onetime with Chad and she tells him about Rubi singing everywhere they go. She tells him she is here for a singing career not for him. That raised a red flag with Chad.

Back at the mansion. Jasmine planned to cook Chad dinner. She says this was her last chance to do whatever it took for her to stay. She cooked him dinner and Tiphani helped her. Chad was impressed that she cooked him dinner. At the elimination it was Erika/Rubi and Jasmine/Brittany.  He chose Rubi over Erika. He thinks that Erika is there for Tara. He also chose Brittany over Jasmine.  I was very disappointed with that.

So now it is down tot eh final 4 girls. Tara, Tiphani,Brittany and Rubi. I saw to episode 8 and it looks it is going to be good.

Ochocinco: The Ultlimate Catch: Episode 6 Recap

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch- Episode 6 Recap

Here is the episode 6 recap of the show. Chad took the 8 remaining girls to a cabin by the lake, to get away from the city. They all had lunch and then they went fishing.  Some of the girls have not went fishing before and they did not want to touch the worms. Tara wanted to save them from dying lol.

From the group he chose Courtney and Tiphani for a match up date. Chad took them to this boat, where they cuddle with a blanket because it was cold. Courtney tried to get one on one time, she was sexually frustrated. But Tiphani took over with her jokes.  Later that night, they had a camp fire. Chad talks to the girls about how he became a football player. He also talks about how his grandmother pushed hi to do well in school. Then the girls explain their stories and Tara once did not really took it seriously. Tara and Heather got picked for a match up date. Tara had plans to destrot Heather after she said she did "not trust men". Chad took them to this Ice Cream place. Tara said a prayer saying "I hope Heather gets struck by lightning" lol which was funny" they had ice cream. Heather explains to Chad that Tara is not taking this seriously but she failed. she was so stuck on words on what to say. Tara in the other had won the battle, she says that Heather does not trust men and many other flaws that she had.

Back at the cabin Tiphani wanted to tell Chad about Courtney missing her cats and wanting to go home.  Before this Chad reveals to Tiphani that he sees her only as a friend. She tells him about Courtney and Chad wonders if Tiphani is trying to throw Courtney under the bus. at the elimination, chad keeps Tara ans eliminates Heather. He keeps Tiphani and eliminates Courtney.

Chad Ochocinco Wants to Destroy Farmville, Rule Twitter, Facebook, iPhone, and More

Chad Ochocinco. Number 85. The football superstar has made as many headlines on the field for his skills as off the field for his antics. Ochocinco is an athlete for the digital age: a social media powerhouse who has racked up more than 1 million followers on Twitter and a half-million on Facebook. He often broadcasts live webcasts with fans through UStream, has worked with Rock Software on his own iPhone and iPad apps, and has even landed sponsorship deals from Motorola and Degree antiperspirant. And that's not to mention his popular VH1 dating-reality show "The Ultimate Catch."
We chatted with the Bengals' wide-receiver through e-mail in between his practices at training camp. Ochocinco spoke to us about social media, Farmville, and his influence online for our Influence Project, which ends this Sunday.
Fast Company: Why did you get involved with Twitter? Why do you tweet?
Chad Ochocinco: It helps fans see the real me, and get the direct access to what I have. That's why we launched the official Ocho Cinco News Network.
Now that you have 1 million+ followers, how are you planning on using that influence and widespread reach?
It didn't matter if I had 10,000 or 1 million followers. I would still do the same thing. Nothing has changed--just more @ replies.
How many times do you tweet a day, and how do you decide what to tweet?
I tweet when my phone has juice. I tweet when the sun rises and sets because everything in between is interesting.
Do you want to just connect with fans or is there another reason for your use of social media?
I don't know any reason but my fans. I love them, and them only.
Do you have any funny anecdotes from using of online platforms?
Some of the Twitpics are hilarious. We were at the Target in Cincinnati and we posted pictures on Twitter of us messing around. The security guard soon kicked us out, but she later said that she follows me, and even retweeted my pics. It was too funny.
How did you get involved with iPhone and iPad apps with Rock Software?
I saw my teammate on an episode of [HBO's] Hard Knocks showing off another app. So I hit him up in the locker room and asked. He didn't want to at first, but obviously it turned out to be the right decision.
Why would you even want to launch your own apps?
I want to be on everything, including Motorola phones, iPads--I even want to see what we can build on my Facebook page. Let's get rid of Farmville, damn it!
Some of Ochocinco's best mobile moments:

"MY BENGAL SNUGGIE"

"BET YALL DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE"

VH1's Interview with April (Ultimate Catch)

April who was recently eliminated on Ochocinco: the Ultimate Catch did an interview with VH1.com.  She says for her the show was BORING. She felt like it did had enough excitement but she also says she does regret doing this show. She also happy the way she was portrayed on the show and does not care what others think about her.

How was the show for you?
It was a little boring.

Really?
Yeah, it was boring. I was hoping for a little more excitement, a few more athletic challenges. But it was an experience that I would never take back. I don’t regret it at all.

What was boring about it? All of the down time?
Yeah, the down time, and also just not seeing Chad. He was never there. I honestly feel like he was just never there to get to know somebody well. I think he went on what his type was, which we now was all about looks. So yeah, that was the boring part. We didn’t get to spend time with him.

Do you have any resentment for Chad?
Oh, no. It’s just a TV show, that’s how I look at it. I don’t resent him—I don’t even know him. I guess maybe I could because he took me to a laundromat, I was kind of like, “Really? Are you serious? Are we going to a laundromat?” But it’s TV and you’ve got to switch it up. I am the type of person who tries to make the best of everything.

That seemed like kind of a joke of a date, but at least you left with some jewelry to show for your time.
Oh yeah, definitely. I prefer jewelry over the dress anyway. All the other girls got dresses.

I thought it was interesting that you said on the show that your age was an advantage in this situation.
I felt that way not looks-wise, but wisdom-wise and regarding my maturity level as far as it being not catty. Maybe he likes drama, but a lot of the guys I know, especially of his age, are over the drama and kind would just like a girl that they know they can count on and rely on and not worry about. I think I had to bring the fun and the humor if he had more time to get to know me. I think I came across as kind of funny in episode 5. So I thought that would be kind of an advantage as far as being older than some of the other girls.

Did you have insecurity regarding your looks?
I wasn’t lacking confidence as far as my body goes. I feel like I looked better than all the 25-year-olds that were on the show. I think I look great. This is how I want to look. You can take it or leave it. I don’t really care. I know a lot of those girls have had stuff done to their faces so they are going to look a little younger. But with age comes a lot of wrinkles and sun damage so that was kind of like, “Ah well yeah I am kind of looking my age.” But honestly, I didn’t think much about that.

I guess what I meant the confidence thing I was talking about the date when you were nervous and you talked about feeling out of place.
I think I was feeling insecure about hair and makeup because that is one thing I don’t do. I don’t do hair and make-up when I’m at home. I’m basically working out all day so I don’t even do that. I put my hair in a ponytail and I don’t wear make-up. So there was no one there doing hair and makeup and I knew I was going out. I thought I was going out to a really nice date, so I wanted to look camera-ready. I guess that is what I was freaking out about.

Laurice said you were maybe “too manly” for Chad. What did you think of that?
Um, I don’t know. Her name was Laurice not mine. [Laughs] I don’t have a manly name. No, I know she had to come up with something and they had nothing else one me. Honestly, I’m a nice person, I’m a good person and honestly, I’m a genuine person.

What did you think about Laurice and you both getting eliminated? Were you shocked?
I was surprised but at the same time I wasn’t because, just like Chad always said, you want to keep people on their toes and he doesn’t do everything by the book. We knew there was a twist coming, but I didn’t know that it was going to be on me. I mean, I knew he wasn’t that into me, so it didn’t surprise me. But I was thinking, “What would he keep Brittany there?” Because I didn’t see that he had any connection with Brittany at all.

The reason he gave for you dismissal was that you were trying too hard to impress him.
Like I said, I think that it was one of those things and they needed to have a reason. I’m not a character like Tara or Jasmine. I know that I talked way too much on the date. That was the first time I had gotten a chance to talk to him since we had gotten there, so I was just like, “Get it out.” I guess I just got on a rampage and I couldn’t stop.

But were you honest the whole time? About the cheesecake and enjoying laundry and all that?
I really hate doing chores but the only thing that I like to do is doing laundry. I really do. As far as the vanilla bean cheesecake, I really do like to cook for other people and I do cook all of my food so. I was trying to make a point and I am a kind of passionate person so I have to reiterate it 5,000 times I guess.

I did enjoy your red velvet strategy though.
That was not a strategy and I think they edited that because that is not how it went.

Oh really?
I was talking to him asking him if he had ever had red velvet cake before because it is the best cake ever. And he was like, “No, I have never tried it.” So I said, “You should try it!” And then he ordered it and I was already planned on getting that. So he orders it and I’m like, “I’m getting that too.” So they switched it all around. Laurice had to have something to say about me because she and I got along just fine. I don’t want to talk bad about Laurice, but I had my plan and they obviously didn’t really bring it up. It wasn’t nice. I mean, she has a 10-month-old son at home. What is she doing on a reality show? That was my thing.  But that wasn’t shown on TV.

What did you think about your portrayal ultimately? Where you happy about it?
Yes, I was. I am very happy with VH1. I am very appreciative to VH1 for even letting me have the opportunity for this experience and for meeting Chad. I didn’t mind looking like I was trying too hard. That was me. All of my family and friends that know me and love me were like, “April, that’s you. That is so you.” I mean, they portrayed me exactly as I am. So I was happy with that.

You are one of the few people I’ve talked to who have been thrilled by their portrayal. Consider yourself lucky.
Yeah, I know. I am. I don’t care if everyone thinks I looked old. I was reading some of the blogs that said, “They took the old girl off of there.” But even other people were like, “We think she was genuine, she was just nervous. She talked too much, so what? At least she was a genuine person.”  And that was exactly my strategy.

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch- Episode 5 Recap

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch- Episode 5 Recap

Episode 5 aired Sunday night and it had a shocking elimination. Here is what happened.
Chad took the girls to play some football.  The only girls who not been on a date with him were Brittany/Tiphani and Laurice/April. April tried a bit too hard to please Chad, she kinda came off as being a mother to him. He first tool Brittany and Tiphani on a date.

Chad to them to a shopping spree. Brittany was putting the moves on him but than Tiphani took over. Back at the mansion. April was very nervous about her date with Chad. She didn't know what to wear. Laurice thinks she has an advantage because she is much younger than April. Chad revealed to them that their date was going to be "out of the ordinary" they went to a laundry mat. Laurice kinda had an attitude and wasn't feeling the date. On the date April tried her best to please Chad. she talked a lot on the date while Laurice said nothing because she did not like the date. Back at th mansion everything thinks that Laurice changed since being friends with Tara and Erika. They think that Tara is using Laurice so can can get eliminated. That's what they told Chad. Tara says" everyone is so obsessed with me"

At the end Chad eliminated BOTH Laurice and April and kept Tiphani and Brittany.  Brittany was moved to the other team. It was interesting elimination.

Ochocinco's Heather is a stripper?

I just read something interesting about Heather from Ochocino: The Ultimate Catch. Remember on the 1st episode she says to Chad that she has seen him before? Well the place she met him was a at strip club called Tootsies under the name "Prada"  until Kat Stacks put her on youtube.

via thedirty.com

People started going into Tootsies seeing if the rumors were true her name there now is Ashly. She thinks she is a model acting as though she is not a stripper with a pimp, No hating here just setting the facts straight! She is a groupie for hire. Her personal favorite is Bow Wow who put her in more than three of his videos and Rick Ross. All of Miami wanted to know who this girl really is, well I went to Tootsies and went in the skybox for 800$ and f*cked the shyt out of her. Just sayin’ Nik would you?

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch - Episode 4 Recap

Here is the episode 4 recap of the show. Lots of shakeups on this episode a girl leaves instead of getting eliminated leading up to only one elimination.

The girls think that Candice is a bit stalkerish because she is wearing Chad's clothes, has a football ect during her interview with her she says that she a big football fan. Instead of going on Ustream Chad went their in person and told one group that they will football with him. He chose Candice and Rubi for the match up date.  Before the date Tara wanted to clear things up with Chad, she says that people "don't understand" her humor. So she explains that to him and there is also two cliques that have formed in the mansion. Lisa and Jasmine VS Tara, Laurice and Ericka. Jasmine also calls Laurice "Maurice" referring to her as a man.

Chad took Rubi on date. Candice believes that Rubi is only there for promotion since she is a promoter and for the fact that her sister was one called for an audition. Candace explains that to Chad. Chad admits that he is feeling Rubi though. during dinner Candace tries to rattle out Rubi and Rubi did not back down. She says "Chad is a grown man, he can figure it out?

Back in the mansion Lisa got a phone call that her grandpa was ill. Now why on these VH1 dating shows that there is always a family emergency phone call? This happens all the time. She spoke  with Chad about it and decided to leave. Chad says "family comes fist" So Lisa left, she never went on a date with him. He told the girls about it and they clapping and cheering. Since Lisa left Heather moves to the next round and she will competing with Tara in a  future date which she got nervous about. so he took the other group to an arcade place.

Heather was a bit pissed because this was supposed to be her date. So they went to arcade place. Whoever got the most tickets would have a one on one time with Chad. Laurice won with over 700 tickets and Heather was pissed off. Laurice and Chad had one on one time. She reveals that she was on marching band and that her mom and grandmother raised her just with Chad.

Then Chad took Heather for an one on one time since this was supposed to be her date. She felt like she had to step it up due to her competing with Tara in the future. At the end of the episode Candace was so confident and thought that she was going to stay but, it did turned out that way. Chad kept Rubi over Candice and she questioned her judgement and left.

VH1access Interview: Katie McCutcheon (Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch)

I finally did an interview with my first Ochocinco girl and that is Katie, who was recently eliminated on Sundays episode. She says that she had a "great experience" doing the show, she also says that Chad is a "cool guy". She also says the only thing that stood her out from the rest of the girls was her red hair and she thinks that she looked "super slow" on the show. Follow her on twitter

VH1access: Hey Katie how are you?
Katie: Hey! Im good! Just living life, sore from these workouts for volleyball!

VH1access: How was your experience being on the show?
Katie: I had a great experience actually! I had fun, I was honest... and I really got along great with most of the girls.  Not to mention Chad is a really cool, down to earth kind of guy!

VH1access: How did it feel like being on a reality dating show? I'm guessing you have not done this before.
Katie: Well I figured, being from the country, with ALOT of quiet, low key days it would take some getting used to.  But Im super competitive anyways, and my social skills are NORMAL, haha ... so I got into the swing of things pretty easily.

VH1access: Did you ever expected that he would picked you out of 85 girls?
Katie: There were alot of good looking girls out there, so no! I expected to get the boot the first day.  I think the ONLY thing that stood out was my red hair.

VH1access: Which girls did you got along with the most?
Katie:  got along with everyone, but Courtney and I connected on the most dorky level possible! too bad they didnt show any of it.  It was pretty hilarious!  but I also really liked Tiph and Jas... Lisa .. Maaybe Chad and B Twice haha

VH1acces: Watching the show it seemed like you were out of your element.
Katie: I SEEMED out of my element.. because instead of dogging the other girls, I made fun of myself.   I dont even OWN overalls, and my toes are not THAT bad! haha  My social skills are totally fine, I just have a little bit of a country accent.

VH1acces: On Twitter you tweeted that you looked "slow" on the show.
Katie: Yes! I looked super slow haha.  But I thought alot about what I was saying, the cameras were there ALL the time.  I didnt wanna be taken wrong, so I thought about every word I said so i didnt look trashy, instead I look slow.. Ill take that.

VH1access: Do you think you deserved to stay over Tara?
Katie: If Chad was really looking for a real relationship he would have picked me over Tara.  But lets be real, I knew I was going home after I told him how it really is.

VH1access: On the show you also mentioned that you are a born again virgin and used to be judgmental?
Katie: Yea, I just got involved with some people who were really spiritual, and really into God, and I got into it and changed my life around.  So I just got rid of the unnecessary things.  Some of the changes you cant see, like being judgemental, having a bad attitude, short temper, gossiping.  Im just a better person now.

VH1access: What have you been doing since your departure on the show?
Katie: I have been playing alot of volleyball, and spending time with friends before I ship off to Italy! Helping out with the horses, on the RANCH, not farm! :-)

VH1access: Do you still keep in touch with Chad Ochocinco?
Katie: No, I havent talked to him since I left..

VH1access: You are also an athlete is that correct?
Kate: Yes! i played basketball volleyball and track on a College level.  but now Im just playing volleyball in Italy.

VH1access: Would you do another reality show?
Katie: I would do another reality show! It was alot fun.  I think if I had gotten caught up in drama and no one on the show liked me then Id probably say no. But I had fun.

VH1access: Well thank you for doing this interview with me Katie. Do you want to give a shou tout to anyone?
Katie: Well your So Welcome!!!! And I guess just The girls! Courtney, Tiphany, Jasmine, ChaCha(Crystal) Candace, Emma ...

Vh1 Ocho Cinco Vs. Basket Ball Wive's Evelyn Lozada

Chad Ochocinco Declares Twitter War With Another VH1 Reality Star

NFL player/VH1 dating show star Chad Ochocinco has declared a Twitter war with Eve of VH1's reality show Basketball Wives.

The "war" began when Eve tweeted to Chad, "Fu*k u and ur bullsh-- ass show! No one cares 'boo boo.'"

Chad tweeted back, "...You just mad i wont date you, and hell no you can't get none of this boo boo! Child please."

Declaring that the "Twitter war has begun," Chad added " I bet you in front of the TV watching VH1 right now waiting on me to come on in 10 minutes, grab your bullet n keep dreamin!"

Things got even more juvenile when Eve responded, "Child please! U know I'm the 'Ultimate Catch' that line up u have is gaaaabbage...After seein those lames on ur show who I'm sure u smashed I much rather use my bullet...beeeach!"

Ochocinco: The Ultlimate Catch: Episode 3 Recap

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch: Episode 3 (Recap)

Episode 3 of The Ultimate catch aired last night. Before we het into that, I have lost interest of watching The T.O Show, so no more recaps of that show. Anyway this episode was hilarious, so here is what happened.

It was morning and the girls got up. Tara was annoying everyone with her attitude. Lisa was annoyed that Tara used her bathroom and Tara said " this was a big mistake coming here" or something like that and Jasmine overheard and didn't like it. Then Tara was eating a bowl of cereal when Chad showed kinda acting like he wasn't even there. Chad chose Tara on a date and Katie was her match up. Katie was not ready for a date.

So Katie and Tara went on date with Chad. They went on a private jet. while riding on the jet Chad was sleeping and there was a huge gap of silence it was very ackward moment. Then Tara decided to mess around with him by touching his face with a comb. He then woke up afterwards. Chad and Katie got their toes done. Katie says "I got one the most ugliest toes" She then told Chad that she was a "born again virgin". To Katie cracked me up throughout this whole date. Then it was Tara turn. Chad took her to the pool.  chad asked her if he was Brad Pitt and she says "ew Brad  Pitt, who likes Brad Pitt"? I thought that was hilarious. Tara cracks me up too. But then after the pool Tara was kinda complaining about something about  Chad to Katie.

Meanwhile back at the mansion, the rest of the girls got to know to eachother better. There was tension between Lisa and Rubi. Lisa threw an avocado at Rubi. Then Rubi said something to Lida about her "surgery spot" about stomach and Lida through a drink at her saying "my baby came out from there you bitch!" she was really offended and she walked off. The next day Chad went on Ustream to announce that the other group of girls were going for a yogo and once again Tara mocked Chad for being on Ustream which the other girls did not like. So the other group of girls did yoga with him and Jasmine who was indide was just staring at him she said that she was the "fat girl" and he was the "cake" and that she could not get the cake LMAO. From those Chad chose Courtney for a date since she said she wanted a "best friend" and Crystal was her match up.

So Courtney and Crystal went on date with him. Chad bought them dresses for dinner and Crystal complained that her dress was black. She did not like the color black and she also said that she looked "fat" wearing the black dress. As of right now Crystal is not making a good impression and has her guard up. chad asked if they like their dresses and of course Crystal said no because she doesn't like the color black, her favorite color was white. Then Chad asked if they kiss on the first date Courtney but Crystal said NO. I know that Chad was not feeling that.

Before the elimination the girls had a chance to tell Chad which of the four girls that he went on date with deserve to stay . They all said Katie and Crystal. Then Jasmine told him about Tara mocking him and talking bad about him behind his back. He wasn't too happy about that. Laurice was pissed that Jasmine did that since Tara was her friend and they had an argument. Jasmine called Laurice bitch like 20 times in front of face lol.

At the elimination Chad questioned Tara if  this whole is just a game to her. Tara said that she has her "doubts" but she says this is not a game it is real. At the end he kept Courtny and... TARA. Yeah I was shocked. So Crystal and Katie were eliminated.

P.S  I am going to be doing an interview with Katie

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch: Episode 2 Recap

Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch- Episode 2 Recap

Episode 2 of Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch aired last night on VH1. Two more girls gets eliminated here is what happened.

The girls wake up from their first nigh tat the mansion. Chad shows up and explains on how the bracket chart works. There is a red group and a blue group. Two of the pair girls will go on dates with him and whoever succeeds in the date advances to the next round, while the other will be eliminated. Chad talks the red group out for a swim. He gave them white bikini's and they play volleyball at the pool. Erika caught on his eye and he chose her for a date with Emma since she was her match up.

Emma and Erika both went a date with him. They took a helicopter  ride and had dinner. He first took Erka for an one on one time. She told him she has dated " a few football players" Chad questioned himeself is she was there for him or because he was an athlete. He then took Emma. She was more on the shy side. She did not really say much. Chad feels like she isn't opening up to him.

Meanwhile back at the mansion Lisa ( who looks like Doll from Real Chance of love 2)  reveals that she does not want to get pick for date because she does not want to get risk going home. Chad and the girls returned and took the blue group for a gathering outside to meet his fans. Chad's fans asked them questions. One guy asked Tara was was her favorite football  she said " I like every team" you can tell this was not her thing and that's what April said.

Chad asked Angela some questions and she acted like was little Ms Perfect. She said she has no baggage. Chad questioned if she could handle his baggage since he had kids. So he chose her for a date along with Jasmine since she was her match up. Jasmine was not ready for a date yet. Lisa wanted to help Jasmine out so she would not get eliminated then Angela overheard them and Lisa was pissed and tried to imitate her with her annoying voice lol  She called Angela a bitch.

Chad took Angela ( thinking that her looks will get her through the competition) and Jasmine on date not knowing that their date was live on Ustream which aired live last month on VH1.com. Angela revealed that she was independent and that she didn't need him, she just wants him...riiiiiiggght. Then Jasmine asked some questions to him about his past relationships. To me Jasmine was more real.  Although she denied it, Angela did tried to throw Jasmine under the bus.

At the elimination it was between Emma/Erika and Angela/Jasmine. He chose Erika over Emma. He felt like Emma was too shy around him. Based on the Ustream comments, Chad chose Jasmine over Angela.

I agree on the eliminations. Angela was too cocky and thought that her looks will get her through the competition. She also thought she was perfect. She got what it was coming to her. Like Jasmine said "she is a pretty woman... that's it"

Here is also the Ustream comments ( which was live last month)

Essence.com interviews Chad Ochocinco about the race issue

Chad Ochocinco recently did an interview with Essence.com about his dating show and he talks about the race issue. That has been the controversy on his show by not having that many black women on it. He says that he has a preference.

Here is what he has to say

ESSENCE.com: Your show "Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch" premiered on Sunday and you've caught a lot of flack because you only chose two Black women. How do you feel about that?
OCHOCINCO:
I don't understand why. Those who know me didn't think twice about it because they already know how I am. I deal with all types of women. My mind set is that I think outside the box. I'm all over the place and I want to experience everything. There's nothing wrong with [Black women] at all.  If I did it the way they wanted though, there still would have been something to fuss about. It's a lose-lose for me because no matter how I do it, there's going to be an argument. I did Wendy Williams yesterday and I said for those who are offended about it, I apologize.  But if you ever run into me, you'd date me.

ESSENCE.com: Are you surprised that Black women feel the way they do about your show?
OCHOCINCO:
I can't do anything about that. I've never heard other races complaining about their men dating outside of their race besides Black people. I hate that we continue to pull that race card. Experience life in general. It's not that there's not enough of us because I'm going to deal with y'all anyway, I always have. [People] make it an issue because it's now on camera.

ESSENCE.com: Can you understand where some Black women are coming from?
OCHOCINCO:
Yeah, but I still can't appease you. I have a preference. I'm not trying to appease you on my show. I'm trying to find happiness for me and it doesn't come from just dealing with one type of woman.

ESSENCE.com: What is your "preference"?
OCHOCINCO:
Black, White, Chinese, I don't care what you are. If you put a smile on my face, I don't want much. I want somebody who is fun, has a personality and can cook and take me to McDonald's. Keep your nails and your feet done, and we're good to go. You have to have a personality like me. Someone fun and outgoing, passionate about life in general, a go-getter with a sense of humor. Beautiful is okay, but I've dealt with beautiful women so many times before and they had nothing else to offer. I need more than that.

ESSENCE.com: Why did you choose to do "The Ultimate Catch" and what are you getting out of it?
OCHOCINCO:
I'm single for one, and I don't have anyone. The opportunity came about to do it. and I was like 'why not?' I haven't been successful at dating so I thought why not try something different. I might find someone, I might not.

ESSENCE.com: You're Ochocinco, why is it hard for you to find a good date?
OCHOCINCO:
There's a saying: "Just because you have money doesn't mean you're happy."  Just because I'm Ocho doesn't mean I'm supposed to have a woman either.

ESSENCE.com: Have you ever thought about changing the kind of women that are around you?
OCHOCINCO:
I've dealt with all types. I've dealt with normal women who aren't in the spotlight, I've dealt with celebrities, supermodels, regulars, video girls. I've been there.

ESSENCE.com: Is your lifestyle ready for a relationship though?
OCHOCINCO:
Yes because my lifestyle needs somebody to complete everything I have going on. As much as I have going on, I have nobody to share it with.

ESSENCE.com: So tell us, are you really half Mexican?
OCHOCINCO:
It's a joke. I am from the hood. Liberty City [Miami] to be exact.

ESSENCE.com: On another note, you're a hometown favorite in Cincinnati and I'm sure all hell would break loose if you ever left. What are your thoughts on LeBron James?
OCHOCINCO:
They won't let me go anywhere. LeBron was free agent so he could do as he chose. I don't understand why they're making such a big deal about it. He gave Cleveland his seven years and he played his contract out.  When you play your contract out, you're able to do as you please.
