Keyshia Cole's mother Frankie Lons joins Celebrity Rehab

Keyshia Cole's mother Frankie Lons has revealed on Rickey Smiley radio that she will be joining the 4th season of Celebrity Rehab

She says that she has an addiction to alcohol. She also discusses her estranged relationship with her daughter Keyshia Cole.  Frankie Lons has a show on BET called Frankie and Neffie. Neffie being Keyshia Cole's sister.

You're Cut Off - Episode 5 Recap

Episode 5 of You're Cut Off aired last night. I hope there is a season 2 because this show is one of the fewest GOOD shows on VH1 this year. Last week's episode Gia was pissed and stormed off outside because Erica won VIP and she was upset about that. Gia realize that she wants to prove everything wrong so she went back inside. She also missed her daughter and she also wants to prove to her husband that she learned something from this program. This was the beginning of her attitude changing.

This weeks challenge was inner beauty. Laura believes that these girls care too much about their appearance and what is ont he outside.The girls went to a photo shoot and they took pictures. The girls revealed that they spend so much money just to look good. Then  Laura Baron told them "the real challenge begins" they to re-take their pictures without their makeup on and their gear. Chrissy being vain as usual did not want to do it ( not shocked)  Before they did that they went to  a Buddhist temple . Pam said that it looked like  a "big spa" which it kinda did. In their that met up with monks and the girls meditate. However Jessica and Chrissy did NOT participate.

Chrissy says "she does not need lesson on inner beauty" she says she is beautiful on the inside and out. Jessica   says "I do not mix with zen" now the reason why Jessica did not participate was because it was against her religion she cleared that up on twitter last night. Pam however was fed up the two them complaining about every little thing. They went to the photo shoot and Pam told them off which led to a fight. Jessica told Pam that she looked like an old woman without her makeup. Gia and Chrissy also argue because Gia wanted to keep her eyelashes on.

All this drama made Amber walk away from scene. She felt like she was having ans anxiety attack. Se told that to Laura Baron. I am glad she is having some camera time now. Amber looked at the mirror and said she likes her boobs but hates her arms. Erica reveals that she could lose 15 ilbs and she also wants someone to love her for her.

Pam who looks great without makeup says she is proud of herself and believes in herself. Leanne  says that she is very loyal and has overcome drama surrounding her family. Courtnee wants to shows people that she is capable of anything. Gia reveals that she is not proud of some of the things she has done she tells Laura that she appreciates her for she has done.  Last but not least Chrissy. She complained that  why Laura Baron had her makeup on um Hello! Laura is the life coach.  Chrissy says "if you can look hot, why I can I look hot?" She obviously did not get the whole point of the lesson.

The next day Laura Baron wanted to have a one on one to Chrissy, she tells her that she is not taking the program seriously. She then goes to degrade the program by saying "low key bullshit" I could tell that Laura Baron was pissed off. Laura then tells Chrissy that she will be packing her bags and leaving.  All the other girls were shocked to find out that she was leaving and then yet again Chrissy throws a tantrum and complains. Then she left. At the end of the episode Gia (very shocked) won VIP. Jackie and Pam was not happy about that and Jackie "its time for us to take over"



This episode was great Chrissy did not take the program seriously so I'm glad she left.

Lil Hood was mistaken for Lady Gaga?

Yes it is true! Lil Hood from For the Love of Ray-J was mistaken for pop singer Lady Gaga. Joe from Megan Wants a millionaire who happenes to be her roomemate post this on his  facebook page

they were chased down by paparazzi and fans THINKING she was Lady Gaga at Hollywood Blvd. Not realizing it was really Lil Hood. I think this is hilarious though. Joe also says that videos and pics of the incident will be posted soon. Both of them were contestants on I Love Money 3.

Bret Michaels in talks with American Idol Producers

Rumors have been going on that Bret Michaels might be replacing Simon Cowell as a judge on American Idol. Well according to roadrunnerrecords.com Bret Michaels is in talks with the American Idol producers about possibly becoming the next judge.


"He tells Parade.com, "We have a meeting in L.A. in a couple weeks and we're going to sit down and talk. They did a poll and I think it wasMadonna, P. Diddy, Howard Stern and myself, and I took 50 percent or 60 percent of the vote and that's tremendous. 

"I would love to be a judge on 'American Idol'. I think I would bring a lot to the table.

"I'm not built exactly like Simon Cowell, but, at the same time, I respect what he did. I would have to bring my own personality. I think if they have someone in there to try to imitate Simon, it would be a mistake; he's an original."

The OCD Project - Episode 6 Recap


Episode 6 aired last night on VH1. Here is what happened on this episode. It was one of the best episodes of the season.

Okay, so last week's episode ended with a cliffhanger when David told Kevin that was a lot more going on with than just OCD. David thinks that Kevin might have Asperger's Syndrome. So at the beginning of this epsiode David told Kevin that he should seek help someone else because he thinks this is not the right treatment for him. Kevin was REALLY pissed off about that and I kinds felt bad for him. So he told everyone that he was leaving all the other patients were shocked. He then left.

At the group meeting David did some quick exposures with each of the patients. Couple of weeks ago Jerry hold a knife on David's wrist this time he put the knife on his neck. Hid level was really low which was a good thing and said "I am not afraid anymore" He did a good job on that. He also did an exposure for Kristin. He made  everyone to touch her face since she is afraid of people of touching her face because of contamination. She freaked out when everyone touched her face and David his hands on her face for a couple of minutes, her level went down afterwards.

Kristin was not done yet. Her main exposure for the day was. She had to go a gas station and touch the gas pump which freaked her out she says that she never wants to touch the gas pump. David made her touch the gas pump, rub the gas pump all over her body and then she had to kiss it. Which to me was bizarre but she did it! Which I was surprised she normally throws tantrums on something that she doesn't want to do.

Nest were Cody and Jerry, this one was intense. Since Jerry has urges becoming a killer and Cody fearing that he will become someone else. David took them to jail! The police arrested them, they took mug shots and they had to spend the whole day inside a small cell. Both of them were freaking out but they stuck it out and did it and then went home. at the house Kristin wanted to go to the jacuzzi. David said she could bt with one catch. She had to the jacuzzi with urine in it which I thought was gross. So he poured in a quarter cup of someones urine poured it in the jacuzzi. Kristin along with Cody and Jerry went took a dip into the jacuzzi.

Arine was next with her exposure. She revealed that she was more afraid of driving at night during the day. So that is what she did. David made her drive at night. She was driving solo with David on the phone talking to her. She had pass people behind her without fearing she hit them with the car. She did a pretty good job on that.

Last but not least Traci's exposure was a funeral for her son, since she was afraid of death and losing her son. She had to pick a coffin and write a eulogy for her son. She was freaking out. Then she went to the church and saw the rest of the patients sitting and the coffin with her son's picture. She was crying and thought that she could not do it. She got there read the eulogy about how it her fault why her son died because she did not do her rituals correctly once she read it her level sunk low.
