Bad Girls Club stat Meghan James is speaking for the first time about joining the 4th season of Basketball Wives: LA which premieres July 12th. In an exclusive interview with Oxygen.com she says that season will 'full of surprises' and we will also see a classy & ratchet side of her. She also made it clear that she dated NBA plater Kendrick Brown, not Quincy Miller.

"You guys will be seeing a mixture. I've grown a lot since BGC and Basketball Wives will focus on me as an adult including new my entrepreneurial ventures and things that go on in my real life. I call myself the new and improved "clatchet " Mehgan. Clatchet = classy and ratchet. Lol!"

VH1 has announced its lineup for summer shows. One of them being Basketball Wives: LA. The 4th season will be premiering on Sunday, July 12th. Malaysia, Jackie, Draya, and Brandi will all be returning. Mehgan James (Bad Girls Club) joins the cast as Jackie's 'basketball friend' VH1 also confirms Shaunie and Tami will be joining the cast.

'Basketball Wives: LA' star Draya Michele has landed her first acting role on TV ONE. The movie s called 'Will To Love' and it also stars Marques Houston and Keisha Knight Pollium

 

On instagram she posted a pic of her in the movie. She writes:

"One of the happiest days of my life... not because it was a (fake) wedding but because I was doing something I've done before. I was acting, performing in front of a room full of people. It felt great. I'm blessed"

A month ago she confirmed that she was going to make 'several appearances in the new season of Basketball Wives: LA and that she was getting more to acting.

Draya's Last Season On 'Basketball Wives: LA'?

It looks like Draya might be done with 'Basketball Wives: LA' after this new season. She appeared on the 2015 Kids Choice Awards and told HipHollywood that she will be 'popping in and out and making a 'few appearances' on Basketball Wives: LA season 4.  She reveals that she wants to be move on and get into acting. She says wants to be on shows like 'Empire' and 'Power'.

Last season, she did not appear on season finale and did not appear with women at the reunion show.

It looks like we might be seeing beef between Draya and Mehgan on the new season of 'basketball Wives: LA'It was previously reported that the former 'Bad Girls Club' star will be joining the season 4 cast which premiere this summer. Today, Mehgan went on a rant on Instagram accusing her of being jealous without mentioning her name

With news of tami Roman joining Shaunie O' Neal in the upcoming season 4 of 'Basketball Wives: LA' folks have been wondering Evelyn Lozada will also be making an appearance. A fan asked her on twitter and she reveals that she was offered to part of it but declined tweeting "I have a moved on"

Tami Roman Joins 'Basketball Wives: LA'

'Basketball Wives: LA' is getting another former Miami cast member. Tami Roman has confirmed in a new interview that she will be part of season 4 cast of 'Basketball Wives: LA" which is set to air soon. As previously reported, Shaunie is the other Miami cast member who will be appearing the in the show. In this interview, tami did mention Evelyn, I'm assuming she will be making an appearance as well.

'Basketball Wives: LA' Season 4... New Girls Revealed!

Season 4 Rookies

'The fourth season of 'Basketball Wives: LA' should be premiering soon and new female cast members have been revealed. It has been already been reported that Brittish and Sundy will NOT be returning to the show. That leaves only Draya, jackie, Malaysia and Brandi who will all be back.

Here are the new girls..

Angel Brinks

Angel Brinks will be joining the cast. She is a fashion designer and a friend of Draya. She kinda looks like a skinnier version of Nikki Baby from 'Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood. She has a daughter with NBA player Tyreke Evans.

Meghan James

It has been already confirmed that Meghan James will be joining the cast. We all know her the 9th season of 'Bad Girls Club'.  She used to date NBa player Quincy Miller

Patrice Curry

The last girl who will joining the cast is Patrice Curry. She who is the wife of NBA player Eddy Curry.  They have four children. 

It has also been reported that Shaunie O Neal who was on the original 'Basketball Wives' will be joining the cast this season.

Brittish Williams Apologizes For Trademark

'Basketball Wives: LA' cast members Brittish Williams took to twitter two days ago to apologize for purchasing Draya Michele's Swim Mint trademark. She said the reason why she did it was because of their feud they had on the show and she wanted to teach Draya 'a lesson'.  

"Let me clear this up before it even gets taken too far. Yes it's true to did purchase the name back in May of last year, I was upset...At the time because of the feud Draya and I had going on and I wanted to let her know that you have get your business all the way in order before you come for mine."

It's also been reports that Brittish will NOT be returning to 'Basketball Wives:LA' which has been filming its fourth season.

Draya has confirmed on Instagram page that she has signed new contracts on VH1 for a new reality show. 

“I don’t have an epic pic to post for 2014. Just wanna say I’m happy that I grew in moral and finances. I have an amazing friends and family. And I’m thankful for every person out there who supports Mint Swim  and Fine Ass Girls and who watches BBWLA and who will continue to watch whatever my next project is for VH1 (contracts have been signed). and according to this tweet, her and Jackie Christie were at an event discussing about the show. It will be interesting to see how she will interact with other cast members.

Laura Govan is speaking out to HipHollywood about her sister's split with Matt Barnes. It was reported earlier this month that the couple have split over 'trust issues'. Laura tells the site that they need 'time to grow" and believes they will get back together.

“I’ve  known Matt since we were in the 9th grade. Matt is a good friend of mine, my sister is my sister, but it’s a relationship. I believe they’ll get back together,”  “I just think they need some time, a little time to grow. If they don’t they don’t, if they do, they do. It looks we will be seeing more crazy Jackie on out TV screens again. She has confirmed to HipHollywood that season 4 of Basketball Wives: LA should be starting production soon. In the video below, she tells them that they should be getting back to work soon. No word yet if there will be new cast members in the new season. The new comers last season who are Brittish, Sundy, Brandi have said that they will return as well as Malayshia. Draya, I'm not too sure. 

The potential story lines I could see happening are: Brandi's husband cheating on her divorce, The Jackie topless photo leak, Brittish getting married and Malaysia's post divorce.

It looks like the Basketball Wives' curse has striked again. There has have been reports that Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan have been separated for almost six weeks now. TMZ reports that it's all because of 'trust issues' They both still live in the same house though, but TMZ suggest that one of them will eventually move out and head to divorce.

The couples got married back in 2012. Gloria did not want the VH1 camearas at her wedding which caused her to be dropped from the show

'Basketball Wives: LA' star  Jackie Christie is finally speaking out about that topless photo of her that leaked out on Instagram back in June which people have accused her leaking t out herself.  She now reveals to TMZ in a video that Doug ALMOST LEFT  HER for leaking the topless photo. She admits them she was responsible for the picture being leaked out but also said it was 'an accident' .She said a girl screen shot her pic and send to the blogs.

Basketball Wives: LA star Brandi Maxiwell has releases a an official statement to Bossip about the rumors that she is divorcing her husband, Jason Maxiwell. 

"Contrary to published reports, rumors that Jason and I are heading for divorce are false. There's no public record of us filing for dissolution of marriage. It doesn't exist. What do exist are two imperfect people who are committed to making it work through the highs and lows; joys and sorrows; and sickness and health. Jason and I just celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary, and although our marriage isn't perfect, we're working on it." She added, "As a ovarian cancer survivor, instead of talking about my marriage, I would rather spend the time, raising awareness about ovarian cancer. Not all cancer is pink, and September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. I'm happy to share my story to save lives from this 'silent killer."




Will this be a possible new storyline for the next season? She joined the show early this year along with Sundy and Brittish. 

Draya Michele Denies Using Homophobic Slurs At A Club Appearance

Draya Accused Of Homophobic Slurs

Basketball Wives LA star Draya Micehle has been accused of using homphoblic slurs after she canceled a club appearence after finding out the place had too many gays and lesbians.  TMZ reports Club Honchos is threatening to sue her after she canceled her appearance there because they were " too many gays and lesbians". She was supposed to host the event this past Sunday. 

She did told TMZ she canceled because she was sick and was never there. She also says the club owner is now threatening to trash her in the media.
She also took to twitter that she never used any homophobic slurs.

We all know Draya is bi, she admitted on Basketball Wives. LA. So I believe her. I think the club is just angry that she cancelled and trying to make up lies about homophobic slurs.
